- Crib is currently in the Primary King bedroom but can be moved to the Queen bedroom or the Queen/office bedroom before you arrive.

Large open layout that is perfect for a large family or for multiple families traveling together. As you enter you will love the spacious feel of the high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light overlooking the beautiful views in a serene atmosphere. The open layout includes a formal dining room and an open kitchen with expansive countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island that accommodates six and is designed for hosting large gatherings. The bedrooms are split between the main living area to provide privacy for all. The Outdoor living space is perfect for fully enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The Heated Spa spills into the heated pool and is surrounded by a spacious lounge area with an outdoor shower and grill area. The pool patio encourages you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather with the outdoor eating area with telescoping doors which effortlessly blend the indoor living into the picturesque outdoor surroundings. This home is situated on the 13th Green of The Rotonda Golf & Country Club, The Palms course in a beautiful quiet golf course community.

- You will be ready for the beach with our beach with chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Enjoy a sand sifter to hunt for beach treasures and shark teeth!

- We recommend you consider making a tee time at one of the 5 Rotonda West neighborhood courses
- Short drive to Mineral Springs, Boca Grande, Great restaurants and Shopping.
- Explore Florida Nature on the beautiful trails in Myakka State Forest or the County Environmental Parks
- Jet Ski, Boat, Kayak, Canoe, and Stand up paddle board rentals nearby
Inside:
- Super Clean and uncluttered with spacious rooms and high ceilings
- Split floor plan features Private Primary King Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom and 2 walk-in closets
- On the other side of the house is the 2nd King Bedroom an ensuite bathroom and sliders to the pool deck
- The 3rd Queen Bedroom has a bathroom shared with the 4th bedroom, but optionally has access to the 2nd bedroom ensuite.
- Work remotely from the 4th Bedroom which is set up as an office with a couch that converts to a queen bed, we add a matress and a foam topper for comfort.
- Fully stocked Kitchen
- Spread out and relax in the indoor and outdoor living areas with grand tall ceilings, & large smart TV
- The huge screened outdoor living area faces South West overlooking the Palms golf course, and includes an eating area, small fridge, a lounge area, and a spa that spills into a large pool.
- Large Laundry room
- Dominoes, and cards are also here for relaxing together
- Circular Drive with 2 car garage. Be aware, on-street parking is NOT allowed per the restricted deed.

Your stay starts with:
- Amenity & Supplies pack, including a starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, trash bags and 2 laundry detergent pods. (Please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items during your stay, as it is only a starter set.)
- All beds are ready made for you with freshly laundered sheets & towels
Parking -
There is a driveway for parking that can fit 4 cars. There is no overnight on street parking. Also, RVs, Work Trucks where you have a company name or advertising on the outside of it, and Boats are not allowed to be on the driveway overnight due to neighborhood deed restrictions. If you want to bring your boat to enjoy our awesome area fishing you will need to arrange to park your boat offsite. You can call us for suggestions. RVs, and Work Trucks will also need to be parked off site per the deed restrictions.
