Tucked away on a peaceful residential street, Casa Winston promises a stress-free and rejuvenating holiday as it offers everything you could need. The villa's 8m x 4m pool, is surrounded by a large sun-drenched terrace and offers fantastic vistas of the valley. It's a sun worshipper's paradise, with the 'Pool Area' basking in 10 hours of sunshine daily, making it the perfect spot for those seeking a sun-kissed glow.
The terrace offers various areas for all to enjoy from a luxury ‘Chill-out Seating Area’ to a large ‘Cabana Day Bed’ where you can enjoy a good book or snooze in the afternoon sun whilst watching the children in the pool. This beautiful house also offers shaded areas for those times when it is just too hot or for the energetic among you Casa Winston has a full size ‘Tennis Court’ with Basketball rings.
For lunch, no one will have to move far from the pool as Casa Winston has its’ own poolside gas BBQ, perfect for delightful poolside al fresco dining. Eat lunch on your sunbed or at the shaded outdoor dining table whilst spending quality time with friends and family.
Casa Winston is designed for convenience and accessibility, all on a single level, making it an excellent choice for those with limited mobility. The interior boasts a spacious Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen, everything you could need. In the main house there is a ‘King Room with Ensuite and two further bedrooms (two single and a Bunk Bed) that share a large shower room. The fourth bedroom is accessed off the pool area and is a large King with ensuite.
Guests at Casa Winston will find their every need met in this fully equipped villa, offering an array of experiences to cater to everyone's desires. Whether you seek peace and tranquillity, space for family bonding, or the cherished privacy of a villa holiday, it's all here. In addition, there are five restaurants within a 5-minute drive, a fantastic local supermarket, and the charming town of Javea is just 10 minutes away, offering 'Blue Flag Beaches,' bars, and restaurants to explore.
As an extra touch, all our guests are welcomed with a 'Complimentary Welcome Pack' to make your first day comfortable, 'Beach Towels' for use during your stay, saving suitcase space for those extra outfits, and 'Complimentary High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi' to ensure you stay connected. Our goal is to ensure you have such a wonderful experience that you'll want to return year after year.
