Located close to the Village, SHARC aquatic center and tennis courts, this stellar lodge-style home lets your guests disperse to plenty of activities on foot or gather at will in the luxurious surroundings in two separate living areas. The great room has the ideal lodge vibe, with a stone fireplace, vaulted wood ceiling and ample leather sofas, plus a large TV. A deck right out sliding doors opens out to dining furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, with forest views. A formal dining table for twelve over elegant slate floors adjoins a beautiful pine-and-quartz gourmet kitchen. Its double ovens and dishwashers mean you can cook for a crowd without missing a beat. You’ll also enjoy double washer/dryer sets when it comes to laundry.
The six king suites with TVs set this home apart; one is on the main level and includes deck access. The rest are on the lower level, along with a second full bonus room with leather sofas, a TV, fireplace, kitchenette, dining table, and video games. A bunk room for the kids includes its own TV and easy access to the heated garage/game room, with its ping-pong table, foosball, games, TV and bikes with helmets. You’ll find it easy to tool around Sunriver on bikes to the loads of available activities (the home comes with 16 SHARC passes, as well as passes to tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf courses and the boat launch). When you have an active, fun-loving group that appreciates lots of space and a touch of luxury, Black Bear Lodge is an excellent choice for your getaway reunion!
