The location and proximity of underground stations with bus stops are mentioned on the advert. The house is stone away from Royal Albert Hall and a minute walk to Hyde Park. 
The house located within easy access to a several underground stations such as Gloucester Road station (10min walk), South Kensington station (12min walk), High Street Kensington station (12min walk) and Knightsbridge station (10min walk).
There is Santander Bicycle Hire docking station near by.
There are plenty of brand shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby; Whole Foods, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's.

Check-in time is between 3pm - 9pm
Check-out is at 11am. An early check-in and late checkout can be arranged in advance, subject to availability (Cost is Applicable £53).
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The property is always professionally cleaned prior to every guest's arrival. 
Smoking is allowed only on two terraces at the back of the house and at the patio area.
There are free private parking on premises. The garage fits either any sedan cars, any 4x4 and some vans.
Daily or weekly cleaning can be arrange for guests at their request. (fees are apply)
