This is a quiet residential neighborhood holding on to the authentic South Austin vibes.

Take S 1st St for easy access to Ben White (Hwy 71) which can feed you quickly to either MoPac (TX Loop 1) or I35 to make commuting easy to anywhere in Austin. Or, simply stay on S 1st all the way into Downtown Austin - but be sure to stop at S 1st St's restaurants and shops (some Austin gems!) on the way in.
