- Bedroom 3: Top of the Rock Room - King bed with sitting area and coffee station (designed as the owners suite), attached third tier deck, attached full bathroom (tub/shower), smart tv
- Bedroom 4: Lake Room - King bed, attached full bathroom (tub and shower), smart tv
Downstairs:
- Bedroom 5: Silver Dollar City Room - Two bunk beds (3 beds each - 6 beds total)
- Bedroom 6: Music Room - King Bed, attached full bathroom (tub and shower)
- Bedroom 7: Golf Room - King bed, attached full bathroom (shower)
