About this apartment rental

Spacious apartment, ideal for a family or two couples based in the town centre.
No.6 is an apartment at the top of a recently renovated Victorian building on George St, Teignmouth. It is situated in the developing Arts Quarter, a treasure trove of independent shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants and pubs. A 5 minutes walk to beaches and the mainline train station. The building has a communal entrance hall, a very well appointed stairway and lift to the third floor.
The main reception room has a seating area for chilling in front of the tv. A dining table next to the galley kitchen provides space to spread out the papers on a lazy weekend morning or to set up a fiercely competitive board game or cards.
Wooden flooring in all the shared areas means you can relax about slightly sandy feet and then enjoy the comfort of new carpets in the bedrooms.
The bedroom on the main floor has a travel cot if needed and the suite of bedroom and bathroom upstairs allows for some privacy and relaxation away from the main living area.
The basket of beach accessories should help you avoid last minute panics about buckets and spades. Please feel free to enjoy the books - use the fiction selection as a book drop and swap.
