SECOND BEDROOM: This bedroom has a king bed with an array of pillows and comfortable bedding. A ceiling fan and bedside lamp provide warm illumination.
THIRD BEDROOM: The bedroom has two twin beds with matching linens and throw pillows on top. The walls are painted a calming color, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Twin beds can also be converted to a 1 king bed upon request and with proper notice.
COMMON SPACE: The garage is where you bond as well with your family while watching your favorite TV shows and movies. The garage has 2 futons and 2 twin air mattresses.
LIVING ROOM: This living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Admire the view of the private pool and backyard while watching TV or lounging on the couch.
KITCHEN: The sleek white cabinets in this kitchen provide a modern touch to the space. With a fully stocked kitchen and major appliances, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to make some great meals.
OUTDOOR: The swimming pool is a true oasis, providing a resort-like experience in the home. The pool area is a highlight of the property, heated and saltwater it is great for the kids. There is also an outdoor shower on the East side of the house, rinse off before heading inside after a sandy day at the beach.

BOOKINGS YET TO BEGIN
They are RARE, but, if, at any time, our property is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the National Weather Service (NWS) published hurricane “incidence cone” remains focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of CAT 1, or more, forty-eight (48) hours prior to your booking, we will attempt to contact you to notify you that we are cancelling your booking. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted, as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather.
ACTIVE STAYS
If you are staying with us when a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is announced by the NWS, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area.
If the storm, in the estimation of the NWS, has the potential to reach a level of Category 1, or greater, in our area, you agree to depart the premises, when requested by our staff, or the authorities.
You are responsible for your own safety, and evacuation/transportation plans, in such a circumstance. We again highly recommend travel insurance for your stay in the event of a natural weather event occurs.
Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you. We will make every effort to connect with you, and resolve your reservation situation.
