Praia do Espelho in Curuipe is easily accessible by car, with a well-marked road offering stunning views. Many visitors choose to rent a car for more freedom to explore the area. Alternatively, local vans and taxis are available. Once at the beach, you can explore on foot or rent bicycles and water sports equipment, such as stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, taking advantage of the calm waters and breathtaking scenery.

Other Things to Note:
The price includes a staff member for up to 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, an additional helper is required and will be paid by the guest. A small trash removal fee is also charged. Services include breakfast, lunch, drinks (itens not included), and housekeeping, but do not include personal laundry. The staff's working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime is charged additionally.

* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time and 6 per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial intent of the property can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
