Enjoy your getaway at “The Treehouse,” a contemporary-style home surrounded by trees on beautiful Sebago Lake in Naples, Maine. Located in Sebago Cove, the tranquil setting of The Treehouse features 160 feet of private lakefront. Spend your days swimming, fishing, and floating, or set off on your boat or jet ski from one of the home’s 2 docks. As the day winds down, view stunning sunsets on the deck with a cold drink, enjoy dinner on the BBQ, then gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores.
This spacious, light-filled, and smartly appointed home is 1,479 square feet over two floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people.
• The upper level has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a deck with dining furniture and a grill. The living room has a TV with cable access.
• On the lower level is a private main bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer. There is a bonus kitchen area with a stove, sink and small refrigerator, plus a seating area with TV, video games and chairs for the kids (or adults!). Two sets of sliding glass doors on this level lead out to the 15 x 25 foot deck where there is another dining table and lounge chairs.

“The Treehouse” takes your lake vacation to the next level as it has all of the comforts of home including central air conditioning, central heating, cable TV (upstairs and downstairs) and wireless internet access. A stereo with streaming music (Sonos/Pandora) connected to speakers throughout the house and on the decks allows the enjoyment of music inside or outside.

The location on the cove, a quiet part of Sebago Lake, was perfect for our family. We wanted a place to gather and swim and sun and hang out. The decks, fire pit and the living space in the house were perfect for us. Having the kayaks, floats and paddle boards and life jackets were an added plus. The kitchen was well equipped for our group, most of us pitching in on the meals. And the views from the living room out to the lake made the whole experience very relaxing. I highly recommend this house and its hosts!

I cannot say enough good things about this VRBO. The owners are amazing and are easy to get a hold of. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the house is clean, organized, well stocked, and cozy. We wanted to be there more than anywhere else on this trip. The town is 5 minutes away with a nice grocery store and shops. Everything was perfect and we loved everything about this stay.

You can tell that the owners of this property are trying to ensure that their guests really feel welcome and are able to enjoy the property. I truly appreciate it, as that is increasingly rare with AirBnB and VRBO properties. The hosts were responsive, the property is exceptionally beautiful and well-kept. There are all the supplies that you need and more. We absolutely loved it and will HIGHLY recommend to others.

We had a great stay.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, air conditioning was awesome, and the decks and chairs outside were really nice to enjoy the water. Lots of stairs to get to the water, so come with a workout in mind if you want to get back and forth to the water. I would have loved to swim, but to much vegetation in the water for me. I settled for a fun kayak ride.
Thank you for the complimentary wine it was really nice.

We've been coming to Sebago Lake for years and The Tree House has to be the best we've ever stayed in! The pictures don't do it justice. We rented a pontoon and the kids and adults had a blast. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished, bed duvets and pillows were yummy, kitchen was well stocked, kayaks, stand up board, two decks, games, what more could you ask for.

My family and I were thoroughly impressed with all the details and comfort this vacation home offered. The owner was so considerate and generous in regards to amenities. The whole house was beautifully styled, the dock there is right off the house and we spent endless hours enjoying the use of the kayak, paddle board and floats. It was a great location on Sebago Cove to swim and access restaurants. Would love to make this an annual visit- thank you for providing such a great space.

The Treehouse was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and is furnished with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. My sister, who did most of the cooking, said the kitchen was the best appointed kitchen she’s seen in any of our vacation rentals.
The owners responded to questions immediately, and made every attempt to make us feel incredibly welcome in their home.
I highly recommend The Treehouse as a fantastic vacation home!

Steven was great with communication and the property is well stocked for essentials, even if you cook during your stay. Just a note if you have elderly people in your party, there are about 12 steps to the front door.

This property couldn’t of been in a better location! My boyfriend and I were able to walk everywhere- and we’re only a short Uber ride away from other places we wanted to go like Alagash and other breweries. The apartment was quiet at night and had access to Netflix and other streaming devices. When we arrived, there was even champagne on the counter! The perfect start to our romantic getaway. Finding parking was not difficult, but you do need to be prepared to spend 30-$40 a days. We figured this was fine given our location saved us a lot on Uber rides! So it all evened out in the end. The only thing that could have been better was directions on how to get to the property. It is located in the back of the store that is pictured with the large “&” sign, or from the back. We were hesitant to walk through with our luggage, but after finding the coded door everything was pretty self explanatory. Overall we LOVED our stay. If we go back to Portland, this is definitely where we will be staying. Stephen was always very quick to respond and a very gracious host. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

This home was perfectly located to all the hot restaurants and the waterfront. We took the train from Boston so we didn’t have to worry about parking or navigating the heavy pedestrian traffic. Plenty of parking nearby if you drive. There is a Whole Foods you can take a car service too if you want to get food to make on the fabulous kitchen. The place was completely sanitized and immaculate. Will try to stay there again!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and described. It was incredibly clean and has one of the most equipped/stocked kitchens we've ever seen in a rental. We had a short stay and didn't prepare meals but it would have been a breeze because everything you'd need was provided. Portland was one of our stops in the middle of our trip along the coast and having convenient use of the washers and dryers was perfect and so helpful. Communication with the owners was always prompt and courteous. The location of this property is perfect and so easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.
