The first level offers a king primary suite with an ensuite, sitting area, and smart TV. Excellent open concept with vaulted ceilings, dining area to accommodate twelve plus the kitchen island, and a beverage/bar area with dishwasher, bar sink, and beverage cooler in the living room area. Access the rear patio from the first-level primary suite or the kitchen area. The second level offers a second king primary suite with an ensuite and SMART TV. There are four additional bedrooms on this level, all of which have access to a bathroom. The second family room on the second level offers seating, SMART TV, and a beverage bar area with a bar sink and beverage cooler. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental linen package. No pets or visiting pets. Streaming services only.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
