About this apartment rental
Summary:
Looking for a place that's actually fun & interesting, but still clean & comfortable?
We collaborated w/ local breweries to create The BrewLoft, a local-beer-themed apartment that's the perfect base for exploring CLE's awesome food & beer scene. The apartment was just completely renovated so you won't find a newer, cleaner place!
Only 10 min from Downtown, stadiums, Rock N Roll HoF, waterfront & more! 15 min from airport.
Work desk w/ printer.
1 off-street parking spot + street parking.
The Space:
The entire apartment was just renovated, and decorated with swag from our favorite local breweries. Clean and modern with 2 full-size bedrooms, kitchen, (small) bathroom, living room, bar, big-screen TV, and outdoor front porch. With the 2 queen beds and a couch, the apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people.
There is also a work desk with 21.5" LED monitor and printer in the apartment so you can come in and get some work done if you need to, and then go ahead and relax in the comfy living room.
Please Note:
- The bathroom is accessible only through the second bedroom. This is a slightly awkward layout but generally not a big deal.
- This is a multi-family building with 4 units. As with any such building, you will occasionally hear other guests/tenants in the building. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, so if you experience a problem you should immediately contact the hosts.
Guest Access:
Full kitchen, bath, living room and front porch off the living room. Free driveway parking (1 space). Free laundry is available in the basement.
The apartment has an electronic lock and the code will be sent a few days prior to your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the growing Birdtown neighborhood of Lakewood. In addition to being walking distance to bars and restaurants in Lakewood, you will also be close to these attractions: - Downtown CLE (all stadiums) - 12 mins - Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - 12 mins - Ohio City (West Side Market) - 10 mins - Tremont (Restaurants) - 10 mins - CLE Hopkins Airport - 15 mins - Cleveland Clinic (Main Campus) - 20 mins - University Circle - 20 mins
Getting Around:
Car, Uber, Lyft are best ways to get around. Also close to W. 117th RTA Rapid Station.
Other Things to Note:
- Apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family (4 apartment) house.
- The temperature in the apartment can easily be adjusted by turned the dial on the bottom of the radiators. Turning to the right will be less heat and turning to the left will make it warmer.
- We really care about our community, and to support that we donate 1% of total revenue to LakewoodAlive, a community-centered nonprofit that fosters and sustains vibrant neighborhoods in Lakewood.
- Note - Rates for weekends, holidays, and other special events will differ than the weekday base rates.
Interaction with Guests:
Three different people help manage this apartment, and all of us live within 10 minutes and can be reached anytime via call, text, email, or Airbnb app.
