Catch a breath of fresh air and enjoy the views of the nearby park, pool and tennis courts from either dreamy back outdoor spaces. The top floor deck has a dining table and the downstairs patio has two comfy chairs and a table to enjoy lovely evenings in the trees. The amenities also feature a bike wash stand and hose, to help you clean up your bike after a muddy day on our Oz Trails.

Covid 19 Sanitization
Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each checkout.

Pet friendly
We love your furry bundles of joy. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per stay. Additional pets may be approved upon request prior to your arrival. Please crate your dog when you are not present in the rental. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. When outside, please keep your dog on a leash at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of other guests. An additional fee will be charged for any violations of the pet rules.

No Smoking
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Additionally, any smoking outside must be done with all doors and windows closed and ashes/debris removed.

No parties/events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for understanding.

Long term stays welcome
We welcome long term stays! Requests are approved on a case-by-case basis and require a nominal security deposit, but we are more than happy to accommodate those needing a longer stay if we can. Our property is just 15min from the Walmart home office and was appointed with comfort for all travelers in mind.
