The apartment is located in Arroyo Hondo, one of the most exclusive and safest neighborhoods of Santo Domingo. Just 35 minutes drive from Las Americas International Airport (with light traffic).

The best and most reliable means of transport is UBER.
Guests must comply with all Torre Arroyo Hondo 40 condominium policies.
Passport photos will be requested prior to arrival.
No visitors allowed unless declared in the reservation.
Parties or events are strictly forbidden.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Guests agree to all Airbnb terms and must have a valid phone number.
Lost key/remote fee: US$50.
Occupancy limit: 4; exceeding this will result in eviction.
$10 fee per guest per night after 2 guests.
Damaged/stained towels or linens: $30 each.
Proper attire required in common areas; no bathing suits or shirtless attire allowed.
Social areas are open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm; no loud music permitted.
Undeclared guest fee: US$20 per guest per night.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.
Illegal drugs and hookah use are strictly prohibited.
Loudspeakers are banned in the apartment and common areas.
Smoking fee: US$200.
Extra cleaning fee will apply for excessively dirty homes.
Late checkout: US$50 after 30 mins, full day charge after 2 hours.
Addressing complaints allows us to enter the property to resolve issues.
Violation of rules may lead to booking cancellation without a refund.
