With all the comforts of home, including a fully furnished living room and kitchen, washer/dryer, Smart TV, air conditioning in every room, and free internet, this apartment ensures a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Located on the second floor, guests should be able to climb stairs. The house provides plenty of space and privacy, with secure parking for one car. Optional maid service is available at an additional cost.

You’ll be 5-10 minutes from highly rated spots like Cocina Abierta and Santaella and the local flavors of Calle Loíza’s dining scene.

Enjoy the entire second-floor apartment, which includes a spacious terrace and private parking space inside the property. Additional street parking is also available in the gated community.

Relax on the balcony with comfortable patio furniture, perfect for unwinding with friends or family after exploring.

Important Details:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
If your flight arrives early or departs late, consider booking an extra day for early check-in or late check-out. We also offer a late check-out option until 2:00 PM for an additional $100 (please ask in advance).

- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM
Please respect the neighborhood and other guests in the building. There are 11 apartments on the property, and while yours is the largest, we would like you to be mindful of others during quiet hours.

- Guest Policy: We charge a per-person rate, and only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or commercial activities are allowed. Only registered guests will result in immediate cancellation with a refund.

- Power & Water: The property does not have a power generator. Wi-Fi and water may be unavailable in case of an outage, but we have a water cistern for emergencies. Battery-powered lanterns are also provided for your convenience.

Smoking: You may not smoke or vape inside the apartment. Please use the terrace or outdoor areas for smoking.

- Beach Care: Please remove all sand before entering the apartment. Avoid dragging sand inside or into the showers, as this can damage the drainage system. Use the trash bins provided in the bathrooms, and do not flush anything in the toilets to prevent clogs.

Maintenance Support:
If you encounter any issues, we will address them during business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
We will be sure to attend to Sunday issues the next business day.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay!
Our properties are fully equipped with freshly laundered bed linens and towels, including one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. You’ll also find beach chairs and an ice cooler for your beach outings.

To help you settle in, we provide some basic starter amenities:
- Hotel-size soaps and shampoos (1 set per bathroom)
- Three garbage bags
- One roll of paper towels
- Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Dish soap and a sponge

Please note that these items are just to get you started. You’ll need to purchase additional supplies if needed. Guests are responsible for their laundry detergent.

We also offer extra amenities, such as a daybed and stroller, if you want them. The daybed costs $10, while the stroller is free.

**Late Check-out** is available for a $100 fee, allowing you to extend your stay until 2 PM. Please request this in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
