All trash and personal items must be removed at the end of your stay. - **Return Condition**: The trailer must be returned in the same clean and working condition as received, both inside and out. **Excessive Cleaning Fee** If brought back not in the same way as it was released at pickup, an additional $150 cleaning fee will apply. If it’s excessively dirty and/or detailing is required, there will be a $200+ cleaning charge. **Awning Caution** Please close the awning when it’s windy or if left unattended. -**Linens** Linens are available as an add-on. If chosen, they must be free of stains and damage upon return; fees may apply for any damage ($30-$150 each). -**Propane** A propane tank refill is available for $35, deducted after each rental unless opted out. **Pet Policy** Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $50 per pet (maximum of 2). Please ensure the trailer is returned clean; a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the trailer comes back dirty from your pet. **No Smoking** Smoking and the use of tobacco products inside the trailer are strictly prohibited. A violation will result in an $800 fee. -**Minimum Stay** A 3-night minimum is required on holiday weekends, or an additional fee of $20 will apply. **Dumping Fees** **Dumping Fee** (if returned with black/gray water tank): $130 **Dumping Fee at Your Site** $35 (we will take care of it for you). **Dumping Fee at Campground** $40, plus any additional dumping fees from the campground. ***Late Return Fees*** - An additional $45 fee if returned within 2 hours from 11 AM/agreed time. - After 2 hours, an additional 1-day fee will apply. **Early/Late Pickup or Drop-off Fees** - Early pickups from 5 AM-8 AM: $20 extra. - Late pickups/drop-offs from agreed time or 2 PM-8 PM: $35 extra. - Anything from 9 PM-4 AM: an additional 1-night fee of $120+.
