The Space:
Located on a quiet street on the west side of Queen Anne, this spacious 3-bedroom townhouse blends elegance and comfort seamlessly. It's just minutes to Whole Foods, Total Wine and tons of other shopping and features a private courtyard perfect for getting away from it all. This home is a peaceful retreat, close to downtown, Ballard, major bus routes and so much more.

PARKING:

We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
PETS:
Pets are not permitted.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

This townhouse is ideally located for easy access to all that Seattle has to offer. Downtown Seattle and South Lake Union are less than 15 minutes away by car. Public transportation is also nearby, with bus lines running through Queen Anne, making it easy to explore the city.

Please note that by using the bunk bed, you assume all risks associated with its use. The property owner and management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims related to the bunk bed.
