You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Please note, that the refundable deposit does incur a transaction fee upon return.
We highly suggest that you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Our Airbnb guests can opt out of this insurance but for all other booking platforms this insurance policy is compulsory.
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Please ensure you follow all strata rules - information available locally or within the guest guide.
- Do not track mud, or if you are here for work, any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property. Instead use allocated storage locations.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
