Its located 800 ft the closest Dunking donuts and many others stores and 1 mile to the closest beach Seven presidents ocean front beach. About 1.5 miles to Pier Village. FIRST FLOOR:

Kitchen w/ sitting, dishwasher,, refrigerator, stove, oven, toast,all the type of cooking equipment.
Dining room with a large table and enough seats for everyone.
Living room with couch and a 75” smart TV.
Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom with queen bed.
Landry room.
SECOND FLOOR
Master bedroom with a KING size bed.
Bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Bedroom with queen bed.
Full bathroom with tub and with 2 doors. One door leads to the king bedroom and the other door to the hallway.
OUTSIDE
Beautiful balcony with seating area to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.

Free WiFi, central air conditioning & heating , washer , dryer, iron/board , linens/ towels, hair dryers, hangers, trash bag, paper towels, toilet paper, books, beach chairs, beach towels. 2 Exterior cameras, one at the front door and other one on top garage door. Beach badges NOT provided .
PARKING: Driveway (2cars) additional street parking in front of the house.
