Welcome to River Rock. Surrounded by pine trees, this majestic ski home is just one bus stop from the base of Peak 8 and only a short stroll to Main St! Whether you're shredding snow or sampling one of the many tasty eateries nearby, returning home will be a treat. Inside you'll find a welcoming interior with a charming stone-walled fireplace, an expansive kitchen, a game room/ home theatre, and multiple living spaces for the whole gang to enjoy. After a day on the slopes, warm up in the steamy hot tub or sit back, relax and enjoy a drink on the gazebo. See you soon! Nearby Attractions: Breckenridge Ski Resort, Vail Pass Path, Blue River Bistro, Downtown Breckenridge Main Street, Carboy Winery, La Francaise French Bakery, Breckenridge Nordic Center, Rootstalk Breckenridge (American), Aurum Food & Wine, Carter Park. Here, you’ll find a dreamy mountain escape within a world-class ski resort, where beginners and experts alike attest that the slope offers “something for everyone.” Breckenridge boasts the highest altitude in all of Colorado, so be sure to board the lifts early for first tracks on its numerous powder days! Then, get boozy at your favorite après ski joint where you’ll encounter everything warm: the people, the fireplaces, and the spiked hot chocolate. Experience Breckenridge, AvantStay style. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. *Home Truths:* - Please be mindful that bears and other wildlife are active in this area and appropriate caution should be taken. - Due to extreme wildfire risk, all outdoor fires and fire pits, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per local short-term rental regulations. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home has a max occupancy of 20. Parking Details: The garage accommodates 3 cars. The driveway accommodates 4 cars. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking Business License: 119240001
