There is a full kitchen open to the L-shaped living room with plenty of seating, a 24-inch flat-screen TV with Roku, DVD player, stereo, game table, dining table that seats eight and a wood-burning stove. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two sets of bunk beds. The shared bath is accessed from the hallway and has double sink vanity and shower only. Upstairs in the loft is a queen bed, 15-inch flat-screen TV and balcony with obstructed views of the ski area to the south. The Smuggler complex has ski locker access. This spacious condo is comfortable for a larger family or group of friends. The grocery store is next door, while downtown is four blocks, a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The high school (Palm Theatre and soccer fields) is across the main street from this neighborhood. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - The fireplace is not available for guest use. Parking Details: One parking space in front of the garage. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
