Telemark A is a stunning mountain retreat with ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Lift #4 in the heart of Mountain Village. Just outside of the front door is a large patio with a dining area and firepit - perfect for watching sunsets! Guests enter this three-story home from the ground floor and are welcomed into a large entryway with a storage closet and open staircase. Continuing through the home, the main floor opens up with a large, inviting mountain-style living space. The living room has stunning vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and a large comfortable sectional with plenty of room to entertain. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a large island perfect for cooking, a great breakfast bar, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The kitchen is also open to the dining room, which has seating for eight. A door to access the back deck is also located in this area, complete with a gas grill, small lounge area and great views of the ski hills. A small powder room is also on the main floor. The upper level at this home is dedicated solely to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has large windows with great views of the Wilson Range, a king bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, standalone soaking tub and a step-in steam shower. There is also a second sleeping area with two twin bunk beds in the open loft above the master bedroom. This space is accessed via a spiral staircase. The lower level of this home has two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and access to the back deck, private hot tub and ski-in, ski-out access. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The third bedroom has a king bed and access to the back deck, hot tub and ski-in/ski-out access. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. There is a private laundry room on the lower level that has a full-size washer and dryer. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
