Clean, comfortable, fast, big. I needed to use the computer to print something and it was a laser printer that was full of paper and easy to use. Great experience.

The pool/hot tub are the highlight. The kids loved this. Breakfast also good. Our room curtain was ripped, but otherwise clean and well kept hotel and rooms.

First the hotel is too expensive for one night. The pool area was not clean and never had towels. My rooms bathroom the toilet wouldn't flush, the bathtub and sink wouldn't drain. I called for a late check out and was told no. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.

little things like extra plug ins for phones etc, and usb plug ins , and two types of pillows for personal comfort was all very nice.

Pool chemicals were a bit harsh but the size was perfect for young kids, the hot tub was neat too. Breakfast was awesome, but our room wasn't touched until we asked a maid for towels, and that was all we got. We emptied our garbage after she left without doing it.

The room was spacious and the view was great. We were on the 4th floor with a lake view and optioned up for the suite. I only gave the condition of the room a 4 instead of 5 since the carpet under the desk was worn out/down to the fiberglass backing. I know it seems minor to replace a whole rooms carpet due to one area, but that does give the appearance of "run down" and not pristine in my opinion. Also, the cleanliness was great minus the shower. The shower had mold growing/showing in the corners of the grout. The pool area was nice - the main pool is very small, but works for smaller kids and is fine if there are only 6-8 people in there at once. The beach was so-so. Too much Goose droppings and sticks and such on the actual beach to the point that we elected to change our plans and NOT sit out on the beach for a day. Overall, it is a good hotel - the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent. Just don't expect marble floors and painted ceilings when you stay here. It is a good value with continental breakfast and it is close to Itasca State Park (30 mins) - so that is exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice but didn't sleep well. There was a random noise at night that would start that sounded like a generator. Not sure what it was but it woke us up quite often.

Hotel was great. Perfect for kids/families. Hotel was clean. Room was amazing. Pool was awesome and so clean. Beach view perfect. Staff was so nice. Great place to stay.
