About this house rental
Newly built modern oasis sitting on 5 private acres with tons of mature Joshua Trees & native landscape, so you can get the full Mojave Desert vibe without leaving the property. The heated pool is perfect for all seasons and the outdoor western-style bar is an experience in and of itself! The house interior features 3 bedrooms with huge windows for stargazing, 2 full baths with rain showers, a custom designer kitchen with high-end appliances, and a sunken living room that fits everyone!
We love this property and want others to find that same connection so do not hesitate to reach for anything you need whether it’s something urgent on-site or simply some local suggestions for what to do!
Set upon the Yucca Mesa where most of the lots are multiple acres so each property is very private. Tons of dirt roads to explore and convenient access to local amenities.
You will have access to the entire property! No stone unturned :)
Pool Information:
- Pool heating is available. We charge $150 on the first day of the pool heating request and $100 for each day after that.
- Please note that pool heating in the winter months doesn’t go above 75°
The home is airy and eclectic with elements that transcend multiple decades. All of the art is one of kind or antiques, with several pieces from local artists. The floorplan is open and inviting, great for hosting a group of friends or close family. The bedrooms are all tucked in the west wing with plenty of privacy when desired. The master has its own dedicated bathroom. Each bath features custom tile work throughout. The kitchen is what chef dreams are made of with a giant 12 foot waterfall island and all the cookware you need.
The long bifold window opens from the kitchen to the back patio, overlooking all 5 acres and hundreds of Joshua Trees, Chollas, Yuccas, and flowering cacti. The backdrop that frames your view is the actual Joshua Tree National Park.
Outside there are plenty of ways to enjoy your time be it active or leisure. There’s a full bocce ball court, trails, 3 hammocks, a fire pit, and of course the in-ground, heated pool. Beyond the pool you will then find the best place in town for a refresher or some outdoor shade at the “Rabbit Hole” (your own private bar and lounge). Which features electricity and a full refrigerator. Like we said, no need to go anywhere!
As far as location goes, you couldn’t ask for better. As private as the property is, it sits in the middle of all the good stuff!
