Welcome to Baywatch on Callala Beach!
Our home is a sprawling beach front with an ocean view, multiple living and dining areas, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps ten, plus we are pet friendly upon approval.
Gourmet, fully equipped entertainers kitchen with double ovens, huge island bench and a breakfast and coffee station which is spread over the main open plan living area which includes a smart tv and a view of the ocean. Our kitchen is complete with all you need to cook up and serve a feast - we have multiples of everything :)
Our family home is set up so its ideal for multiple or extended families looking for a holiday at the beach together as there is room for everyone to spread out or come together as needed. Sharing the cost of a waterfront home has never been easier :)
Wifi throughout to keep everyone happy on their devices as needed.
Fully enclosed and secure large grassy back yard to keep the kids and dog safe during outside play.
Two covered alfresco areas overlooking the back yard, complete with fire pit (use subject to fire restrictions and BYO firewood).
Our home is spread over three levels and is directly across from the white sands and aqua waters of Callala Beach, which has off leash times all year round for your furry family member.
On the ground floor we have a media room including a great selection of DVDs and board and card games for those times the weather is less than beach perfect.
As a welcome, we provide milk, sugar, tea bags and 10 coffee pods as well as a bottle of wine so everyone can get their holiday started as soon as you step through the door. Pour a drink, head out to the front deck and drink in the sound of the waves and feel the salty air - all from the comfort of the main living area of the home.
We are family friendly. We have a port a cot for any babies and have provided boogie boards for visits to the beach across the road.
Venturing out: There is lots to do locally, including a local golf course, lawn bowls and country club/RSL with bistro and courtesy bus door to door service, local tennis court hire, bike riding and running trails. Our local boat ramp is located a five minute drive away in Callala Bay, along with a sailing club and small shopping centre for any essentials. Markets are also held here monthly.
Our home is also a short ferry ride to Huskisson where there are often markets and special events as well as shopping, eating out, whale and dolphin watching cruises, snorkelling, diving etc. Captain Dave from the Husky Ferry also allows you to bring your bikes across on the ferry so bring your bike and explore our beautiful area and surrounds with dedicated bike tracks and quiet roads. Ride the track along the foreshore from Husskison to Vincentia stopping at all the parks along the way - its sure to be a family memory making adventure :)
We are a short drive into Nowra and the surrounding beach towns of Currarong and Culburra, where they too have plenty to see and do. Sydney is two and a half hours away and Canberra is 3 hours.
We hope to host you soon :)
