About this cabin rental
Relax with the whole family at this private, cozy, and stylish cabin that backs up to trails and the Tahoe National Forest! Enjoy the close proximity to Old Town Truckee, as well as Tahoe Donner’s best amenities, including the ski resort, private beach access at Donner Lake, golf course, Rec Center, pools, hot tubs, and more! The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large loft, laundry room, and large decks in front and back of the home.
The space
My favorite thing about this property is its location! In addition to its close proximity to Donner Lake, Squaw Valley, Northstar, and Downtown Truckee, the house itself backs up to the National Forest and there are trails right out the back door! The home has a large back deck that allows you to take in the forest views and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
The main floor has a cozy living room with 2-story vaulted ceiling, open concept kitchen, dining area with slider to the front porch, laundry room, two bedrooms, and a newly remodeled bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large primary suite and en suite bathroom, as well as a very large loft with four twin beds plus an additional twin mattress stored under one of the twin beds.
- Upstairs Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed
- Upstairs Loft (listed as Bedroom #4 in pictures): 4 twin beds plus 1 twin mattress.
- Downstairs Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed
- Downstairs Bedroom #3: 1 Queen Bed
For a discounted fee using our guest passes, Tahoe Donner has many amenities for you to participate in: private beach access at Donner Lake, hiking trails, golfing, an equestrian center, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, gyms, and Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort.
** Minimum booking requirement is for 31 nights. **
- Please no animals. If an animal is noted, there will be a $500 fee.
- There should be room for 3 cars in front of the home, plus 1 additional car on the street.
- Please note there is no A/C.
- No smoking inside or outside of the home. Subject to a $300 fee.

The entire home is yours. Please be respectful of our home and our belongings, as well as our neighbors. We use this for our family and friends!

No pets allowed. We love animals, but do not want any furry friends in our mountain home. Thank you for understanding! If a pet is found on the property, guests will be subject to a $500 fee.
