This full renovated multi-functional space combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area creating an open floor plan for a warm, social atmosphere perfect for relaxation and entertainment. This area features a 55-inch smart TV, alongside plenty of seating space for the entire family. The state of the art, fully-equipped kitchen features a large island, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. There are 3 bar stools at the island, and the formal dining area with seats 10. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities needed to prepare a delicious meal.

✔ There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and in the garage.
✔ We provide premium linens for each guest.
✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and sponges.
✔ Selection of coffee, tea, and sugars are included.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire property throughout their stay. This includes the fun outdoor amenities with an open-air movie theater, huge and comfortable main house. Ahead of your arrival, we will send you a custom entry code, active for the duration of your stay.
Further, the use of amenities such as the pool are at guests' own risk. We encourage all guests to utilize these features responsibly, always keeping safety in mind.
