➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that the garage and the backyard are off-limits for the guests. Other than that, the guest will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home and enjoy complete privacy in the basement of the house.

➤ Availability of free driveway and street parking. Please park only on the right side of the driveway (2 cars max); the left side is reserved for tenants, and street parking is allowed until 11 PM, after which vehicles will be towed.

Here's what you need to know about getting around during your stay:

Car: If you have a car, this is the most convenient mode of transportation. Major highways are easily accessible, making it simple to explore nearby areas. A driveway is available for guests to park their vehicles.

Public Transit: The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the property. You can take the local bus to nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, and other amenities.

Cycling: The area boasts an extensive network of cycling trails, offering scenic routes for active exploration. Bike rentals are also available nearby.

Ride-Hailing Services: Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing convenient and affordable transportation options.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.

7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. BBQ: To maintain cleanliness and ensure optimal performance, please ensure the BBQ is thoroughly cleaned after each use.
- Please ensure BBQ utensils are washed after each use and neatly placed on the side of the BBQ.

10. Food Consumption Policy: Consumption of food is strictly prohibited on the sofa and in the bedrooms.
