Renovated and equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and equipment to make you feel at home. Central cooling/heating, chefs kitchen, and thoroughly cleaned prior to move-in. The .20 acre property is all yours to enjoy, with a gated yard, and a private driveway with dedicated parking spaces for up to three cars.
The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed with an in-suite bathroom and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with tub bathroom across the hall. There is a third room set up as a dedicated office space with ergonomic furniture (can be set-up as a third bedroom with twin or queen bed upon request). All rooms have blackout curtains and plenty of closet space for the traveling professional.
Centrally located to all major hospitals and company headquarters (Intel, Nike, Adidas. Under Armor, etc.). Close to Washington Square Mall for dining and shopping, easy access to I-5 and Hwy 217, and less than 1 mile from local grocery stores (Fred Meyer & Costco).
5-minute walk to neighborhood park with play structure and benches overlooking green space. 15-minute walk to picnic grounds, tennis & basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and tree-covered trails. Short drive to city pool to cool off in the summer.
