Good: The refurbished rooms are super nice. Very clean overall. We needed an early check-in and it was possible.
Bad: The pool is super small and during the second day, there was no internet at all even though we reported many times. Management should offer solutions.

Place was near a grocery store which was nice bc this was our firat night of a 7 night trip. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was worth it! I would stay again.

What a fabulous hotel much better than our first hotel in Seville which was closer to the city centre but no where near as nice. This was around €30 per night cheaper but much nicer in all respects. It is worth paying the extra for a room with a river view. The bathroom was superb with by far the best shower of our four different hotels we stayed in on this trip around Spain. The roof bar was lovely with great views!

nice clean place in a quiet area

Hotel well located but boasting services and amenities that are non-existent : there is no Spa whatsoever (a ridiculous single hot tub for 100+ rooms) ; the "swimming pool" is a 2x2m, 0.9m deep, bathtub on the roof that hotel policy makes practically unusable ; forget about recharging your electric vehicle as well, the staff doesn't seem to know that the single broken down charging port exists...
Parking is woefully ill-conceived, the access ramp will scrape the underside of the car if it's not a SUV and the spots are narrow or weirdly arranged.
The staff is generally amicable enough but makes no effort to be helpful or nice. The rooms are OK, beds are comfortable, which is a relief after going from disappointment to disapointment. Just don't lie on your listing, you're wasting everyone's time and collecting bad reviews for setting the wrong expectations. Will never set foot in this place again.

Great place to stay. Convenient to shopping. We walked to the mall and grocery store. There was no coffee pot or cups in the room. Would be nice to have a coffee pot and cups in the room.

Excellent location

Helpful staff, bright bathroom, convenient location.
Two adults, each with a suitcase, only one place in the room to open a suitcase without using the floor or piece of furniture. Two folding stands please in every room.
Hotel is near transportation, a market, grocery stores and restaurants.
Watch out for people whizzing by on bikes and scooters in green bike lanes. Green lane right in front of hotel entrance.

Nice location, easy in and out from the highway, Not too bad for a foreigner driving in a strange country to find. Easily walkable to many dining options. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Nice property. Clean all areas. Professional, helpful staff. Adequate breakfasts. Handy for exploring the Triana area in which it is situated. I was only there three nights and out in the city most of the time so am unable to give a more comprehensive report as a result, but I certainly would recommend it for anyone looking to spend a few days in Seville.

I was very impressed with the central location as well as my gorgeous terrace view of the River.

The best thing was the top roof terrace and I booked a room with a balcony so I had lots of sun around the day. The jacuzzi was also a nice experience.

very kind !

A very nice hotel in a good location. We found the room a bit stark and the beds were extremely hard which were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise good and friendly staff. Car parking was a little expensive given we paid a good rate for the accommodation. We thought car parking for booked guests rather than visiting guests should be free.

Great location. Very nice rooms.
But very noisy late into the night!

Excellent location, nice rooms, not a swimming pool as suggested. Breakfast could have been better

Walking distance to the sites. Views of river and roof top views of the monuments.

Property was overall amazing. Beautiful views, especially at night. We reserved the hot tub (you have to reserve to use) and when we got there it was completely drained and no one knew why. So unfortunately didn’t get to use that but overall we had a really good stay and would definitely stay again

We stayed on the uppermost floor of this hotel ... the room was spacious and well appointed but one of its best features was a resort-sized balcony with a view of the hotel's surroundings. My wife and I enjoy walking and we selected this hotel because it was on the opposite side of the more crowded old town area. The downside was the size of the 'swimming pool' (not much bigger than a puddle) and a tiny, poorly equipped exercise room which has to be booked in person at the main desk.

Fabulous location a short walk across the bridge from the bus station (airport bus stop) and historic centre of Seville. The hotel is in the lovely Triana area of Seville, with plenty of bars, tapas tavernas, churches, cobbled streets, cafes and shops on it’s doorstep.
On arrival we were upgraded unexpectedly to a room with a river view, which we really appreciated. The bed room was spacious with plenty of complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, safe, fridge and was serviced daily.
We did not dine at the hotel but visited the bar on the roof terrace to enjoy the evening views of the river and city.
Highly recommend this hotel and would return again without hesitation.

Good location with views of the river and the Triana Bridge. Convenient for Plaza de Armas bus station and blablacar pick up/drop off.

Triana !!!! Second to none on food

We only stayed 2 nights but it was really nice. We had the river view and widows could be opened. Room was spacious enough. We didn't try the breakfast or the terrace bar but we did go to the pool. It was small but with a very nice view. Triana is a nice area, there was a market and plenty of places to eat and drink. It's a nice and beautiful walk to the old town.
