About this house rental
**PET FEE is 80 dollars per pet. Maximum 3 pets.
**OPTIONTO HEAT POOL:
We charge $100 for pool heating if it's no more than 5 days and will pre-heat the pool between 82 to 86 degrees. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It will be heated up to 20-30 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.
**A rental agreement is going to be sent once you complete your booking, to receive the door code you MUST sign the agreement.
**We have to propane tanks, one for the firepit and other for the grill. We don't offer refills but you can do at Walmart which it's 3 min by car.
