Renovations were just completed in Dec 2024 and the home is outfitted with luxurious furnishings.
Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a beautiful in-ground pool surrounded by sophisticated landscaping. Relax on the sun loungers or take a dip to cool off from the Florida sun. For even more privacy, the property also includes a separate guest house with an upstairs suite and downstairs bedroom. The upstairs suite features a king bed, full bathroom and kitchen. The downstairs apartment contains a full sized bed and full bathroom. This is the perfect option for guests who want a little extra space to themselves.
Our villa is situated in the historic Old Northwood neighborhood, which boasts 320 historic homes. The area has implemented enhanced security measures, including cameras at nearly every corner and license plate readers at entry points.

The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.
A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
