❧ Guests will be given a PIN to enter the house. Do NOT share the access code with anyone except the people registered on the reservation.

❧ For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.

❧ The unit (1620ft2) currently best serves up to 19 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.

❧ It’s recommended to use the hairdryers in the bathrooms. Only use the designated and marked outlet in the bedrooms for ironing or hairdryers.

❧ Noise-free rooms are NOT guaranteed.

❧ Guests must climb stairs: A short flight of stairs (5 steps) from the ground to the front door. A long flight of stairs (10 steps) from the front door down to the unit.

❧ Exterior security cameras are present in public areas only (parking lot and front porch).
