The apartment was partially renovated in 2023 and features modern, comfortable furnishings. Its vibrant colors are designed to make your holiday at Lake Garda even more enjoyable!
The property includes a double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and bidet, and a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, which opens directly onto the private garden. The private garden also provides access to the large communal garden with a pool (open approximately from May to October, depending on the weather). Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday at Lake Garda and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
The small private garden features a lovely terrace with an outdoor dining table and seating, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed.
The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
