Great location in Ayers Rock Resort, right next to the supermarket and a few restaurants/shops there. The pool is great for relaxing.
The headboard for the bed was fantastic, with a little shelf right above your heads with chargers where you can rest your phone/ other electronics - a really convenient little detail that I really enjoyed
There was a small ant infestation in our first room - we called the reception and they immediately switched rooms for us, which was much appreciated - be careful when storing food!

The pool was awesome after hiking, The facility was right in the middle of the park.
Convenient and clean.
all good
4.5
Clean, close to area we wished to visit. Comfortable rooms
The flies, but there is nothing the resort can do about that. You must buy a net when you arrive.
4.0
Room was kept tidy, clean sheets and towels provided everyday.
Would be great if there was a table in the room
2.0
They do not have breakfast at this hotel , people only stay their for the location
Why they do not have water at reception for the guests to use , they did / have that previously but now no Ayers Rock can be very hot that is very bad and poor of them to not supply that every other hotel at Ayers Rock Voyagers resort supplies water at reception , you pay a lot for the room and get nothing not even 1 bottle of water in the rooms fridge as well 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 🙁
4.0
good air-conditioning in a compact room
No outdoor seating for our room.
2.5
clean, location, comfortable
no window in room ,internet didn’t work properly, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine, most of the facilities around did not accept cash, no table and chair in the room , the wash basin in the room is a terrible idea, they mixed up our room and nearly put our luggage on a tour bus.

Only a 15min drive from the rock
Over priced asked for a disability room no room for my wife's wheelchair and room is tiny for $600 per night then had to go to another hotel in the complex for dinner and breakfast and they were over priced will not return or recommend very disappointing as we were on our honeymoon and there was no care factor for her disability which was advised to them when l booked ☹☹☹

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, linen was clean, room was good size, close to town centre, easy walk to all parts of Yulara.
3.0
Room was well designed and furnished, bed was luxurious. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location
Very noisy. Design and construction of hotel more like 2 star backpacker hotel - all corridors had painted concrete floors ;no bar;no restaurant ;no room service; no window in the room. Parking was in the public car park behind the IGA supermarket. Apart from the pool there is nowhere to sit and have a drink outside with friends.

Location was great. Simple room that fulfilled all expectations in the outback
1.5
The room had no windows other than a bathroom window.
No chairs or table.
Not good value considering the price.

the kitchen facilities
being able to hear the room next door through the shared inside door
3.5
Location and staff were great, also a quick stroll to the pool and the town square which we really enjoyed the food there too. I liked being on the ground floor as there were no lifts
I didnt like the shower arrangement with the sink outside of the shower/toilet area it was too small to place your toiletries in there and inconvenient to go back out in the room to access them.

our room was spacious and the pool
was big
communication. I called and emailed the property almost every day for 2 weeks leading up to our stay as I had some questions. No one returned any of my emails. I left phone messages almost every day and no one called me back.

Location great, staff very helpful
Bed was too super soft
4.5
very close to everything and was clean and tidy.
the shower head in the bathroom was too high up for a small person like myself to reach and the shower pressure was underwhelming.
3.0
Great staff and the beds were really comfy. Wonderful location and great pool. Would be nice to have a bar or something there though.
Very dated and a bit run down like most of the places in Alice Springs and surrounds. Paying premium prices for average accommodations.
3.5
Location was great. Check in was hassle free.
The room was spacious.
Staff were very helpful.
Walk to sails in the desert to catch tours was only a short distance.
