World Class Stay

Antonio is a super host helping us with all his recs and renting surf boards and bikes which match our way to spend the holidays! Room is very clean, terrace is amazing, just in front of the beach. Cool restaurants close by as well as spar supermarket. very cool time in Poetto!

Great place, great location and great host. A must to stay in if you are visiting Sardinia.

Antonio is really helpful host, giving us a lot of information about things to do, places to visit, restaurants etc. The room had fantastic rooftop terrace with beautiful view of the bay. Free public parking next to the studio.

perfecto !

Perfect location just 1 min from the beach, very nice rooms and balcony is amazing. it also has very beautiful view. The owner is also very welcoming and always helpful, also very honest.

everything was great. the only thing to mention (and the owner mentioned that) is that it’s like one appartment with few rooms. but all rooms are independent and have their own facilities, so it really doesn’t bother. maybe you just can hear a bit when people are in the corridor. the only big regret was to leave 😁

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 days. The room was absolutely beautiful, we loved the beach theme, and the view of the beach and sea was incredible, the balcony/patio was a major bonus, super spacious and tons of lounge furniture for when we didnt want to lounge on the beach. Great view to wake up to. Antonio was great, he provided us with tons of recommendations for restaurants and things to do and was always available to help order ys a taxi .or answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and we have already recommended this place to all our friends and family.

Antonio, the host, was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough in showing us our room, gave us maps, recommended treks and restaurants and quickly responded to my text messages. Certainly the best host by far. The room was clean and comfortable. The blue and white theme only made our experience much more memorable. Beautiful balcony as well with a view of the beach and the city. Great location as it's a block away from the beach and the bus stop.

Amazing view of Poetto and right next to lively bars and restaurants.

Location is amazing and right next to Poetto beach. Perfect for swim in Poetto or hike in the hills next to the beach. The view along the beach is incredible. if you like relaxing in the verandah, there is a huge balcony with comfy chairs. Also, Antonio is a great guide and is super helpful to give you suggestions or guide you during the trip. Great guy!

The room can feel a bit small but considering that you spend most of the time on the beach next door and the big balcony. It did not matter to us.

Perfect vacation place in Cagliari

We had a fantastic holiday in Cagliari. The guest house II Profumo del Mare is located in a perfect place - right near the Poetto beach. The room was nice and clean with a wonderful sea view from the balcony, very comfortable bed and a big and comfortable bathroom. Antonio is a fantastic host. He gave us very good recomendations about the points of interst in Cagliari as well as about local restaurants. He even surprised us with a bottle of a nice Sardinian wine. thank you, Antonio!

Amazing place to stay for great value where you are well looked after!

The owner, Antonio, was amazing! A very thoughtful host who made sure that everything was in order and that I could contact him if I needed anything else. He gave me so much information about the surrounding area, ideas of what to see and where to go (as well as how to get there)! The cleaning staff was also very friendly and polite. I could really make myself at home there while visiting. Regarding location, the accommodation was only a short walk to the beach which was exactly what I was looking for.

Perfect stay, stunning location and amazing host!

We stayed in the King Suite with ocean view and it exceeded all expectations! The terrace was incredible and we could have spent the entire trip relaxing there. The location was perfect right on the beach with tonnes of restaurants and bars in walking distance and a bus stop and supermarket 30 seconds away. Antonio was beyond attentive and was available for advice whenever we needed. Breakfast was beautiful every morning on the beach at the local beach club. Also able to rent bikes and bike the length of the beach. Truly the best place we could have imagined to stay.

Nothing at all! Absolutely no complaints about the room, host or location.

Host and room exceeded expectations

Our host Antonio met us personally. He was very helpful and friendly (although we had been late almost an hour!) He gave us two maps, one for the beach front and one for the city. Antonio then gave us a few tips and made a delishes dinner suggestion. He is very forthcoming without being too much :) The room is very spacious with a lovely big terrace. The bed is comfy and there was a lot of thought put into the decorations everywhere. Theres a big fridge which you can fill with yummie things from the suoermarket close by. The bathroom is well equipped and has a big shower with good water pressure. I have decided to come back as soon as the current situation allows and to stay longer than 2 nights. This apartment is a great base close to a stunning beach. Enjoy!

The only things I could fault would be the loo seat which moved about a bit but that's it! The promenade in front of the house can get a little noisy (but it was the weekend after all!)

Perfect short break by the sea

We enjoyed a 4 night stay here and would definitely recommend to other couples/friends. The apartment is located right on Poetto Beach with stunning sea views. Antonio is a super host! He was so friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay - we are very grateful to him. 10/10!
