Villa Capucine is a beautiful villa with 3 Bedrooms (T4) and 2 bathrooms villa located on 11 Rue des Corsaires in the Richelieu area of Cap d'Agde. It is an entire house on two floors.
The villa has 3 proper bedrooms: Two bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. A third bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. There is a little step down into the downstairs bedroom and ensuite.
All of the bedrooms have proper beds.
The villa is less than 200 metres to Plage Richelieu Centre. There is a private secluded terrace fully enclosed with a fence, wall and locking gate. The residence is secure with a remote control gate.
It is a stunning villa in an idyllic location.

Contents of villa: There is a washing machine, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full size cooker with gas rings and electric oven and grill. A plentiful supply of crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware.
The villa is very nicely furnished with furniture of the highest quality.
Portable air conditioning unit and fans (New unit and fans for Summer 2017)
Electric heating and Fuel heater for out-of-season times.
All beds are normal beds. No folding beds in this villa. Sheets and towels will be left in the villa for guests arriving and are included in the price.
End of stay cleaning, and WIFI is included in the price.
Taxe de sejour (Tourist Tax) is extra. It is 1.65€ per person per night. It is collected by Abritel/Homeaway in February.
Outdoor table and chairs and barbecue.
Very well located near all amenities. Shops such as a bakery, spar supermarket, butchers, newsagent and cash point can be found within 5 minutes walk.

The villa is ideally located, only 5-6 minutes walk down a pedestrian pathway to the broad sandy beach and a small shopping area with an excellent boulangerie, well-stocked minimarket, and a shop offering newspapers (only French) and beach items. In this area, there are also several small restaurant/cafes.and an ice cream parlour.
At the villa, there is a pleasant patio with retractable awning, important because it is, gloriously, in the sun most of the day. There are loungers for subathers,
The villa has three bedrooms, two light and airy upstairs -- one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is also an excellent shower and a toilet. The downstairs bedroom, off the main room/kitchenette, has a comfortable double bed with a pleasant adjoining shower room/toilet. We were a little fazed by the fact that, unlike the upstairs rooms, the only natural light in this bedroom comes from a small skylight in the ceiling. But then one does not spend much time in the bedroom during the day! There is an excellent fan for ventilation.
A slightly strange feature is that the villa's very efficient washing machine is against the wall in the lower bedroom, but on a summer holiday this is no inconvenience.
In the kitchen/sitting area there is a good fridge and an excellent small dishwasher, as well as an oven and a wall-mounted television, which functioned perfectly throughout our stay.
All in all, a very good quality/price balance for a 5-6 family group.

Good stay. But for those hot days difficult to sleep without airco, fan is not working really. Missing in the whole house mats to clean feets before go to bed. The door in the downstairs room from the toilet is not closing without locking the door. On the last day there was no hot water. Also the communication with the home owners was not fast enough, sometimes I had to wait for several hours for an reaction. But overall the stay was nice. Nice location.

Location bien située
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. La maison est rustique mais fonctionnelle, nous avons du faire un peu de ménage en arrivant notamment dans les sanitaires mais rien de méchant. Attention toutefois pour les parents avec de jeunes enfants, il n'y a pas de barrière en bas ni en haut de l'escalier assez raide et pas de garde fou au niveau des fenêtres de l'étage dont l'ouverture est au niveau des lits, un accident est donc possible si on relâche son attention, à prendre en compte lors de la réservation pour des parents de jeunes enfants. Merci pour ce séjour globalement agréable, à 2 pas de la mer, la plage richelieu en basse saison était vraiment très appréciable et nous nous sommes régalés !

Bonnes vacances
La maison est bien adaptée pour les vacances. L'emplacement est très avantageux. A moins de cinq minutes à pied de la plage, ce n'est donc pas un problème que la résidence ne dispose pas de piscine. Il y a aussi des restaurants avec plats à emporter, une boulangerie et plusieurs petits commerces. Également à seulement dix minutes à pied d'Aqualand, vingt minutes de la Grand Roue au port du Cap d'Agde. Vous pouvez prendre un verre au port le soir et revenir confortablement à pied. Arrêt de bus à 50 mètres de la résidence. On peut aussi s'asseoir en terrasse le soir pendant le Mistral car la maison forme un brise-vent au nord-ouest. Des plats suffisants sont disponibles. Le parking appartenant à la maison est bien adapté pour les gros véhicules car il n'y a pas de voiture sur la gauche. Il est situé juste à côté de l'entrée afin que les achats n'aient pas à être portés loin. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. En guise de bienvenue, ils nous ont offert des glaces et du vin. Très sympathique.

Villa en copropriété très bien située, très bonne surface pour une famille (5 personnes pour nous). Propriétaire très à l'écoute et procédure d'arrivée très simple et pratique.

Sehr nettes Objekt.
Liegt sehr Strandnah und Restaurants wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt vor Ort.
Unterkunft selbst könnte man etwas renovieren und wieder besser in Schuss bringen. Uns hat es nicht gestört da wir nur hier geschlafen gefrühstuckt haben und den rest der Zeit am Meer oder in einer der schönen kleinen Dörfer in der Umgebung verbracht haben.
Einziger Störfaktor war der Lärm vor allem die erste Woche der von vielen jugendlichen durch Feiren verursacht wurde.

MAISON BIEN SITUEE
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Malgré les ventilateurs et le grille-pain qui ne fonctionnaient pas, et le sèche linge annoncé qui n'est en réalité que des fils d'étendage. La maison est très bien située, nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur le parking fermé et nous avons tout fait à pied, plage ballades courses. La maison et la petite cour étaient très agréables.

Appart sale...pas digne d.etre loué dans cet etat
Terrasse sale vaisselle toute à relaver.une poêle immonde. Toilettes très sales. Bac à douche vert de gris..on a du faire le ménage en arrivant. Alors que le prix de la location comprend ce prix.la table de salon de jardin tachee et difforme ..nous sommes tres très déçu...par rapport au prix de cette location. Odeur de tabac ds la maison. Bruyant route passante juste à côté..

Logement proche de la mer, des animations, des commerces et des restaurants (on peut se passer de la voiture; place de parking réservée).
Pratique pour un couple et grands enfants; chambre au rdch avec w et salle de bains pour les parents, chambres (2) et salle de bains avec wc à l'étage pour les enfants.
Belle cours avec mobilier de jardin (au soleil le matin).
Draps et serviettes fournis.

Villa très agréable, proche de tout.
Villa très bien située, calme et bien équipée . Idéale en famille avec enfants, très proche de la mer (250 mètre). Cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle, il y a tout pour cuisiner le lave-vaisselle est un vrai plus pour les vacanciers. La literie est en très bon état, plusieurs couettes et couverture parfaite pour les sejours fin octobre. Je recommande cette location, et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Gemütliches, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus, in schöner Umgebung. Prima eingerichtet (s. Objektbeschreibung), genügend Stauraum, viele Ventilatoren und Klimagerät.
1 a Gastgeberin, sehr einfache Buchung, stets zuverlässiger Kontakt und unkomplizierte Abwicklung, selbst die Handhabe vor Ort. Es mangelte an nichts, lediglich Steckdosen könnte man nachinstallieren :-) Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

location confortable pour un agréable séjour .
4 adultes, dont une personne de 87 ans mal-voyante à mobilité réduite.
Avec quelques petits aménagements, maman s'est bien adaptée au rez de chaussée. (scotch rouge pour indiquer la marche d'accès à sa chambre , tapis anti-dérapant dans et devant la douche, pieds rehausse-lit et barre de relevage.)
Elle avait une petite suite parentale tranquille.
Cette maison est confortable et très bien équipée.
Avoir 2 salles d'eau est un plus.
Les literies sont confortables, les chambres agréables avec leur rangement et bien isolées phoniquement.
Côté cuisine, on trouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, laver et conserver. Là aussi, beaucoup de rangements pour les courses. Le salon très agréable donne sur une grande cour où l'on a pris tout nos repas dés le matin, grâce au store banne et à l'ensemble de jardin 6 places.
(Seule petite réserve pour moi... le bruit de la circulation dehors...mais je vis à la campagne, c'est pour ça!)
Un grand merci à Sandra pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses petites attentions...chocolatées (le noir aux cerises est divin).
Bien sûr, je recommande vivement cette location très bien située pour un séjour cool, les doigts de pieds en éventail...

Maison ravissante, tranquille et trés agréable. Malheureusement le soleil n'était pas trop présent, (max. 20 degrés). On va revenir surément.

la maison à répondu à toutes nos attentes et les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques. Située tout près d'une grande et belle plage dans une résidence tranquille la maison est très bien équipée y compris un petit chauffage pour les soirées fraîches de fin mars. la maison a l'avantage de n'avoir qu'un coté mitoyen avec la place de parking devant la maison.les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et tout est organisé pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers. Avec un grand soleil toute la semaine et de superbes randonnées dans les environs le séjour a été une totale réussite. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location .

Great little villa, perfect for our needs, only 200m from the beach
Very helpful owners, only an email away for any general questions, and even volunteered to pop round to help out if we had any problems. It was a shame previous guests had failed to water the flowers for them, as we could imagine the fence top flower baskets must have looked amazing at the start of the season. Lovely little courtyard for breakfast. All the facilities we could have asked for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This Villa is our Home from Home.
My wife and I have been holidaying in this wonderful Villa for quite a few years staying for four weeks at a time. We are in our mid 60's and drive down from Roscoff. Its location cannot be bettered being just 5 minutes walk from a great beach, excellent and secure parking facilities right outside the Villa in a fenced Domain. Local shops are within easy walking distance and the fantastic Lidl just 7 minutes steady drive away. The Villa is a gentle 20 minute stroll to the main hub of Centre Port with its distinctive shops, restaurants and bars overlooking a most beautiful Marina. Also within the same walking distance is the quieter Mall de Rochelonge 50 yards from the sea and a lovely place to eat and drink and purchase holiday essentials.
The Villa itself is, to us, just like being at home. Everything we need for a four week holiday is there and is good working order. Over the years we have been staying at Cappucine regular upgrades by the Owners keep the Villa looking charming. There is ample space in all the rooms, we sleep very well, and the cooking facilities are very good. There are sufficient pots, pans and dining utensils for all occasions. The terrace is our favourite place and if you fancy a change from the beach it is ideal. From breakfast to late evening we often dine outside, sunbath, listen to music and are totally relaxed. Often, just to cool down, we can just pop inside for a cup of tea (French translation :- glass of wine). Reading a book or playing games in this tranquil space makes your worries take a back seat. We will be visiting again this June when we will meet up with friends we have made in recent holidays. You will not find a better Home from Home anywhere in this locality. For the adventurous and active you can take your pick from the vast array of opportunities that are available.
One word regarding the owners. You will be hard pressed to find such a genuine and caring couple who sincerely care about your holiday, understand how important it is to your family. Should anything go wrong the matter will be professionally addressed in an expedient manner. We shall write a further review following our June holiday when my only worries will be our" girth" and that great things always have to come to an end. As an aside last June the sun shone all day everyday and the thermometer was always above 38 (and up to 42) but don't worry the electric awning at the Villa provides excellent shade.
