Great swimming pool area, the trailer with kitchen was great and the shower had great pressure.
Everything was closing early (7pm, except the restaurant) limited shuttle option especially to come back from Rome (last at 7pm)
Price of the shuttle was exaggerated 4 euro per person… should be 8 to 10 euro for the all shuttle and split between the people (it would be more expensive if alone but 4 euro per person feels like a racket)

Nice structure.
More than anything else we were pleased by the professional behavior of a night guardian when we needed to go out to look for a pharmacy out of the standard hours. This eastern Europe accent guardian managed the situation in a way that surprised us for professionalism and Customer care. This is the type of staff that does add value when you talk about Customer service.

Stinky rooms, bad treatment from the receptionists, and full of insects. Honestly, I regret going to him

The facilities are excellent and very clean indeed.staff are very helpful.food in the restaurant was beautiful with live singing every night.
Safe for kids
The only one very small thing was the food at the poolside bar.was a bit pricey and dry.
But they were happy for us to bring our own food to eat there.as long as we tidied away fully.

Not very clean, a lot of mosquitos because there were a hole in the ground under the bed

The trailer was perfect in size for what we needed. The National and view was very relaxing after a day of touring Roma. The beds were very comfortable which led to great sleep. Would recommend this location to everyone.
The trailer began to fill with ants. Wish there would have been a microwave. Nothing else negative about to say about this location.

Nice camp with shop and restaurant, playground for kids, cozy porch with table and chairs - great for breakfast. Nice and cozy bungalow, with free parking infront of it. Good equipment with high quality pots and pans. Big fridge inside, comfortable space shower. Very good location for longer stay with great oportunity to visit Roma. Train station was 10 minutes by car, but not so save parking place.
They didn't tell us about sheets, that we should have our own, or we can purchased at the check in for 12 eur cca/ stay/ person. After i found at booking in information. And there was wifi connection for 5euro/ 24h or free at one spot infront of the restaurant.

It was cheap for accommodation in Rome. Sports facilities were quite good. Food in restaurant was reasonable.
Tiny chalet. Damp bedrooms. Swimming pool closed. Floodlights on sports pitches were not switched on at night. Restaurant menu was rather limited.

Great value for money performance. Quite new facilities with private outdoor area and nice location (3km from sea) and free parking lot just next to your bungalo.
For this price I think it was max to have :)

Despite all the things that went wrong, the beds were indeed comfortable and the bungalow was very clean. The pool was nice as well. I'm afraid these are the only positive points.
First of all, there were extra charges for everything : to wash clothes (5e washing machine, 5e dryer), to get a sunbed by the pool (too expensive!!!), for wifi (that doesn't even work). It really felt like they were trying to suck all the money out of us. Second, the staff is not helpful at all. We ended up there because of an infortunate experience with an rental in Rome, which led us to need a place to stay for cheap while waiting to find another apartment (we needed something longer term). Therefore, we had a lot of luggages (6 months worth). My boyfriend could not be there on leaving day, and my taxi that was taking me to Rome was not allowed to enter after the gates to make it easier to charge all the luggages in the car. The staff literally just watched me struggle take the luggages one by one from camping site to the taxi. This is really bad service: I had to carry many heavy luggages back and forth, just because they didn't want the taxi to come in after the gates. Plus, with my boyfriend we had carried all the luggages the night before to the reception so that it'd be easier already, but that was still a few dozens of meters after the gates (and they did not help either with this by providing a small golf car like they have). So we had to go back and forth the night before to the reception, hoping it'd be easier the next day for me, as it was closer to the entrance and the taxi could have come there easier. Not at all. They left me do all the work and didn't seem to care at all. The woman also was very suspicious about all of our luggages and thought I was stealing stuff, asking repeatedly if I was sure they were mine. She then just left me there.

The playground was really nice for my daughter.
Free WIFI is available only in the Restaurant and no electric sockets there, a lot of mosquitos everywhere, the laundry is very expensive, and the accommodation includes nothing (no sheets, no towels, no toilet paper and everything else are
extra charge),
there is no public transportation from there.
the stuff is not so helpful and try to avoid working and to avoid the clients all the time.
the restaurant and supermarket are very expansive.
The pool was close, they close it from October 1st, but it was not in booking or in their website, so it was highly disappointing.

The pool facilities were very good
The rooms were basic, small had no kettle or basic cooking facilities. Not suitable for late arrival straight off a plane as nowhere to get a drink or food. Beds were small The location was not next to the beach, too far to walk. Shuttle was ok but taxi back in eve was expensive. The resort should not be promoted on hotel websites unless for tourists wanting campsite style holiday

The stuff was really nice and friendly, all the issues and coming problems and questions could be solved really quickly and problem free. The basic comfort "gaps" were filled and the territory of the camping was really beautiful.
1. The connections to the beach and the nearest train station to Rome were too expensive, it was possible to get there on foot (what we also did), but it would be nice to be able to rent the bikes for example, which was promised.
2. Cleanness: the house we were living in was not that clean when we arrived, although on the surface it did look clean.
3. Although it´s shown in the pictures that there´s a kitchen in the house, don´t get too hopeful: it was literally one pan, 2 knives and a fork, no plates nothing else... Also there wasn´t enough toilet paper. The house itself was okay and kinda cute, but the surfaces and the space could be used much better and much more useful as well.
4. Coffee and pastry at the bar tasted bad and to swim in the pool one needed a swimming hat, which were to buy at the bar for 4€, not cool.

the property is really nice. swimming pool is amazing, restaurant and market on site. you can play ping pong and other sports. Rome is 1 hr away by public transport
if you arrive when the reception is closed you will have no bed linen and towels so be mindful. they also keep you passport till u pay city tax which is a bit weird.

The campsite is nice. Very nice. It is large, well planned in a very picturesque surroundings. Logistics is good, services and facilities (those in operation) are good, too. Reception works well, room service fast and efficient.
I was very disappointed to find out (at our arrival) that facilities, that had been declared and presented at the time of our reservation were not actually available for our stay. Large swimming pool with surrounding area, 'olympic' swimming pool, amphitheater etc was not in operation at all. All that however was described as fully operational facilities and services supported by photographs. They surely caught us on those attractive photos. Reality was different.

Most staff were incredibly helpful all of the time, and graciously spoke English. The superior bungalows were really comfortable and the air con was brilliant. Loved the pool, ordering takeaway pizzas from the restaurant and that we had a fridge. It was easy to book the shuttle buses to the station and beach though sometimes you had to plan ahead for space. It was a very relaxing site. Loved the pine tree forest!
sometimes we would like to have enjoyed the pool without loud music (though the entertainers were only doing what they were paid for). A proper kitchen would have been helpful in the bungalows. The pool could have opened earlier and sometimes closed later. We thought from the website that the new well-being pools were already built. It might have been helpful if the shuttle taxis were available from 2pm.
