Be careful what You choose
General location of the estate is nice, the public estate pool has magnificent view.
Property publishes lots of photos of different apartments which creates a lot of confusion. The apartment look like Harry Potter under staircase suit, no window with sunlight, no mountain-view and no seaview, „garden view” was a view on 1x1m „garden” with washing machine room behind it, pavement and parking over it, no direct sunlight, no horizon view. Parking is 500m uphill outside, You have to carry anything You buy down/up hill. Dishes, glassware was dirty Bed uncomfortable, aircon very noisy from ouside units. Nearest Shop is far away (you need to drive), around 1km to nearest restaurant. Landlords of the property are nice people, but they knew that the advert was cheated and showed creative art of room photography.

Serene Sardinia apartment
The apartment is situated in a quiet gated community with a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic sea view. The host Tatiana is a lovely woman who goes out of her way to make sure all our needs are met and beyond. My partner and I could not ask for more.

Trashy Accomendation for mid to high price
The flat is located within a gated community complex. The complex with its buildings and the surrounding area as well as the plants are really nice, The layout of the buildings as well the style in which they are built is quite appealing and playful... and we like the water kettle
Flat and Furniture -although the complex is very nice the flat itself is located in a dark area with no view or any direct sunlight -you need to use artificial lighting even during the day -unpleasant mold like smell when entering the flat, which returns upon insufficient airing out during the stay -cloths can be dried outside a window on a rack, however, due to insufficient sun exposure (=none at all) at that spot, the cloths wont dry at all and will start to reek after a few hours or rather days (=proliferation of mold and bacteria), after relocating to our 2nd flat we had to wash everything again up to two times to get the pungent smell out -AC is present but old and extremly noisy -a dishwasher is available, but no washing machine (you have to wash your cloths by hand in a sink) -all the furniture is very worn out and old, but not in a nice vintage way, just old Equipment and appliances -old and overused cooking equipment -no water glasses -few dish plates, cups, forks, spoons and knives (making the availale dish washer useless, because you need to clean the dishes daily) -not even basic spices (salt and pepper) -the fridge is old and noisy like an old Diesel engine (when it turns on during the night to cool down, you sometimes wake up) !Mattress! -the mattress isnt old or worn out, but its extremly soft which ofc is personal preference. For us, who like medium-hard to hard mattress it was a total nightmare as we barely got any restful sleep during our stay, We woke up croggy and exhausted with increasing back pain as our stay continued. So this is more a heads up than a plain negative point Conclusion Considering the price tag of the flat and subsequent income it generates we are left puzzled by why it is in such a bad shape. It seems no money was re-invested in quite some time, which is unfortunate. We regret spending the money in hindsight and would have rather stayed in a cheaper place in Olbia (we had a car so driving around wasnt an issue)

Great pool and view from pool; apartment leaves much to be desired
The owners are very kind. The pool at this development is amazing and the view is outstanding. The flowers on all of the condos were beautiful as well. The little beach that is walkable was nice.
We received no arrival instructions, which made finding the condo incredibly frustrating. The kitchen was missing several essential items (dish soap, kitchen towels, etc.), and separating trash and recycling (per the owners' request) under the sink was impossible. Walking up the hill to the car multiple times a day was a bit annoying - having no parking near the condo is a drawback. Every evening, when the upstairs neighbors turned on their TV, the wifi in the apartment became unusable. I could hear all of the noises upstairs (which allowed me to understand that their TV use was impacting our wifi). We had trouble drying any of our swimsuits and towels because there is no sun coming into the apartment - it was dark and damp inside. We made it work, and the pool was the saving grace, but I would not return.

Lovely place for calm relaxed stay if you have a car, beaches close by.
Fabio and Tiziana were really lovely, they met us at the property and texted us the exact location as we found it quite difficult to find. The property is a flat underneath their house, they are the managers. They were very helpful and patient and provided us with lots of information and explained how to get to the pool and the sea. They even gave us a welcome bottle of prosecco which we weren't expecting! We also had an amazing homecooked meal in their house - they host a family restaurant above the apartment called La terrazza su Figarolo. Fabio cooked about 5-6 Sardinian dishes of gorgeous fresh fish (you can get meat if you want) and we had lots of wine, it was lovely! Just had to book a little in advance. we shared a table in their house with another couple who were staying nearby and Fabio explained where the food came from and cooked in front of us, and Tiziana translated. They also have a terrace at the top (in one of the photos) Location wise also it is very close (3 min walk) to a very small beach and another slightly bigger one called Spiaggia di Baia Caddinas which is in front of a hotel 5 mins walk away (we thought it was a private beach but it isn't). there's also another about 10 mins walk away called Quarta Spiaggia
The photos were a little bit misleading - the main photo is not actually a photo of this site, although they do have a pool there isn't a jetty out in to the water. Also, the terrace isn't really accessible for your use unless you book to have dinner in their family restaurant (as the terrace is above their house/ restaurant which is above the apartment) We thought we would be able to use this more, our mistake! The apartment itself was quite small, with small windows, and we found it very dark, and because of the time of year we went (mid May) it rained and was a bit damp as well. I'm sure in the summer/ when sunny (i.e. most of the time) it wouldn't be so damp or dark though. You need a car around here - although there are some restaurants within walking distance there isn't much and it's about a 45 minute walk into the small town. But again, we went in a quiet period.

Exceptional
Perfect position in Golfo Aranci, the owners are very friendly. The appartment is well equipped, really nice and clean. There is a little beach at a few minutes walking distance. Of course in the area there are a lot of beautifull beaches and places to see.
