Gute Lage, nah am Zentrum und doch ein wenig separiert

Das Hotel ist an sehr guter Lage und verfügt über genügend eigene Parkplätze.

Für Kinder hat es praktisch nichts, ist aber auch nicht weiter tragisch.

Totally recommended hotel!

This hotel was a nice surprise starting with a great centric location. We took the deluxe room with (small) terrace that has great views to the river. It had a lot of space and the bathroom was outstanding, with a very nice bathtub and shower. The staff was friendly and helped us with recommendations and they even had a surprise for our little one. The breakfast was good with good quality options. The restaurant was not opened so cannot comment. The parking has one electric charger but make sure you have the charging card available! If you are interested there are also some spa services.

I would always encourage to have more touristic information in English :)

Great stay.

Great location Town and beach is right there The room was big and amazing. The bath was awesome. Aircon works well. The view for what it is is good.

The lift was a bit wierd. It's old and not very smooth.

Nice room with balcony, excellent breakfast

My wife wanted to sit and read a bit around midnight, but was sent away from both the bar and the reception. The response during check-out was rather cold. "It should not have happened, but I wasn't there". A simple "sorry" would have been sufficient.

Splendid stay

The amenities were good and our balcony had a beautiful view. The hosts were friendly and everything was spick and span.

There could have been more options for breakfast.

Great location, fabulous staff and amazing breakfast

The breakfast Al fabulous, it was also well varied with good products and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. The spa bath in the room was a great addition.

The room was a little basic and smelt of cigarettes a little before we aired it.

comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, large rooms

clean, not too outdated in terms of decoration, spacious room (jr suite). fantastic breakfast, kind staff. unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but plenty of good places to eat on walking distance. rooms are relatively expensive compared to mainland NL -as are all places on Texel-, but still I recommend this place as it was clean and comfy.

Great for us and our dog.

Breakfast was excellent. I have a gluten allergy and every morning a plate of gluten free bread was waiting for me.

If only the restaurant had been open for dinner our stay would have been perfect, but due to staff shortage it had closed until further notice.

Superb

Lovely place to explore the town and island from, especially given you can come back and relax in the spa after a day or hiking/cycling (it's small but well kept). The room was comfy, and the restaurant had a calming view to enjoy breakfast from. Breakfast itself was extensive and delicious.

The dinner in the restaurant was good but a bit overpriced. Also the town is located a bit further on the island, which adds to the initial travel time, but once there we found it very easy to explore Texel from there (with e-bikes).

Restaurant is best to give a miss. Much better restaurants in the village with a better atmosphere and food. Oh, and they are cheaper too!
