El desayuno perfecto, muy completo. El hotel impecable. Austero pero moderno, bien puesto u muy cómodo. Además está en un buen sitio para parar en el camino.
La antena de la habitación 306 no iba bien, hubo que mover el cable de conexion hasta que pudimos pillar la señal. Lo demás impecable,

Overall it was ok. The airco was not working very well, we kept it on all night and it was still too warm in the room. Staff was very friendly and location is good. It was our second time in this hotel.
The airco could be improved, it was obsolete. The restaurant offers a rather poor and average menu. It could be improved for sure, specially being in the Basque country where food is amazing.

Facilities inadequate in the room as air conditioning did not work properly and the washbasin would not drain. Reported both faults but were not fixed as no maintenance staff on site. Too noisy with close proximity to a very busy road with continuous traffic noise and so could not sleep. WiFi inadequate and difficult to get Internet connection.

DONT BOOK FRIDAYS!!!!
We booked this hotel on booking.com based on user reviews and photographs provided. Boy was it wrong. When we arrived, we could hear the loud party and as we were driving into the hotel parking lot. After a 16 hour drive from England, we couldn’t locate a parking spot anywhere. Cars were triple parked everywhere, up on the grass, on sidewalks and cars were being smashed and scraped by others looking to squeeze into a tiny spot.
I walked to the front desk as my family of 7 waited in two vehicles and inquired as to where we could park and if they would be ok with providing a refund so we could find another hotel. The hotel staff wouldn’t refund our money and said we could wait till 10:30 pm after the party was over (“Every Friday it’s like this” is the response from staff). After a 16 hour journey and three children needing to get to bed, it’s not very accommodating.
We finally squeezed our cars illegally on the grass and sidewalk and checked in. We asked about the wait at the in-hotel restaurant and they said it was no wait. When I checked in a party of 7, the staff said it’s too busy and to try to check in at 10 pm and they might have a table. I stood waiting for one hour as the rude waiter ignored me. I approached the manager and she said we would be served. At 10pm, nobody seated us and they greeted other Spanish customers but not us. We tried purchasing some drinks for the kids and beers for the adults and the bar attendants put up their hand to shush us from speaking as they continued serving Spanish customers first.
We gave up trying to be served and promptly put the kids to bed. The photos on booking.com are NOT representative of the hotel and are quite misleading to say the least. The rooms advertised appear to be luxurious and the rooms we received were typical of “one night stand” rooms with bare minimum furniture, almost like a minimum security prison cell.
