Bar do hotel encerra muito cedo Chaves do quarto com alguns problemas às vezes, era fácil de revolver mas era necessário ir à recepção.

começar o ano da melhor forma

excelente hotel , excelente condições para estadia em família . a meia pensão foi estupenda e com uma bebida incluída a escolha. o spa é muito grande com muito conforto e seguro para crianças pequenas. numa sala de relax adjacente há uma cafeteria com café chás e chocolate quente de cortesia do hotel. pequeno almoço não faltou nada . a repetir.

Really enjoyed the hotel, was just out of luck with the other guests.

With two kids, our room was great. Both beds had more than enough room for a family of 4. The breakfast and dinner were really good. Also everyone in the hotel and spa were super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Noise. Some of the guest staying at the hotel were highly intoxicated and at 5:00 were making a lot of noise in the bedroom hall to the point that I was forced to leave my room go talk with them.

This place is not baby friendly.

Food quality

We were banned from entering the spa circuit because we had a baby. The employees only let in one adult or the couple but we had to leave the child in the room. This is an insult to the common sense. I need to point out that we were not informed about this rule when the reservation was made (we inform the age of our children at the time of booking). The hotel only sent this information to late, on the day of arrival. If they had informed us in advance, we would have looked for another hotel, cheaper and more humane. This hotel is worth for its bathing facilities but if we can not use it, sorry but it"s only a vulgar hotel.

Really nice room, firm large comfy bed, quite location, good staff, decent spa facilities, huge buffet breakfast offer

kids are only allowed in the indoor pool in two very short time periods that are either at lunch time or in the middle of the afternoon. the facilities and breakfast are not worth the price .

I would not have booked this hotel if I had realised you could not buy a drink or eat in the hotel as all these faciliti

Disappointed.

We like the rooms and breakfast.

we don't like having to pay to go to the pool, I've never seen anything like it. There was no entertainment for children. During the night my daughter vomited in her room and we asked for assistance, and they gave my husband a broom to clean it up, ridiculous.

We like the hotel but some points could be better, buffet dinner and SPA one Saturday afternoon are exemples

The dinner as buffet was very expensive for the quality of the food offered . It needs to be improved . We had dinner once at the restaurant Casa do Marques very nice quality and service for the price, good value for money. Attendind Covid times, Saturday the SAP pull was very crawded.

The double bed consisted in two mattresses together… you can imagine how comfortable that was for a couple. Avoid buffet dinner. Incredibly expensive for the very limited amount of choices available. Only fruit and salads had variety. But other than that, no proper cooked options. Cheap boiled pasta and tasteless cheap meat.

Excellent Hotel with great inside and outside swimming pools

- The inside and outside swimming pools were excellent! - The rooms were extremely clean and well sized - The beds were very comfortable - They allowed us to enter earlier than check-in time as requested previously - The hotel building and spaces looks excellent!

- There was a strict schedule to use hotel amenities (the earliest dinner option was at 21:00; bar only opened at 20:00 and closed at 00:00; swimming pool had specific times for kids 12:00 till 14:00 and 16:00 till 18:00) - Some of the staff did not speak English
