Muito bom.

Localização, educação dos funcionários, café da manhã!

Cobrança a parte do estacionamento que pertence ao próprio hotel. Um elevador que ficou defeituoso durante toda estadia.

Lugar limpo e tranquilo, porém tudo muito antigo.

Gostamos do tamanho da cama, limpeza e bom atendimento dos funcionários.

A mobília é bem antiga e gasta, as paredes do banheiro são de gesso, bem finas as camas de casal são duas de solteiro juntas, depois de dois dias, havia um vão no meio da cama, uma mais alta que a outra, resumindo, tivemos que dormir de um único lado. O quarto é bem escuro e os andares são com vista para a parte térrea do hotel. O hotel é afastado do centro, caso deseje ir andando deve ir preparado para caminhar no mínimo 20 min e caso vá de carro , será cobrado 27 reais por dia para estacionar o carro no próprio hotel, lembre-se que irão cobrar fora a diária mais 10% do valor total para caixa dos funcionários ( super justo, pois são bem atenciosos, porém, deveria ser algo opcional) e fora mais 7 reais e alguns centavos como taxa de turismo. Café da manhã não é bom, se comparado a hotéis bem mais simples na cidade, os produtos não parecem frescos e todos os dias são servidas as mesmas coisas, pelo valor cobrado, deixou muito a desejar, espero ter ajudado !

Café bom, cama boa.

O hotel é parece um pouco antigo, pois carece de algumas reformas. O quarto é grande e confortável, o banheiro é pequeno. Colchão bom. A localização do hotel é boa, dá para ir caminhando (10min) até o centro de Gramado pela avenida principal. Porém, no quarto em que fiquei, havia muito barulho de trânsito logo cedo. Tem um supermercado bem próximo. A piscina é grande e quentinha, e a água estava muito limpa. A equipe é simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã estava ótimo, cappuccino feito na hora.

A água da piscina estava limpa, porém, as bordas da piscina precisam ser reformadas. O spa não foi limpo nos dois dias em que estive hospedada. Gostaria de ter usado, mas não deu. Da academia, só se salvam as esteiras.

La habitación es grande y cómoda, cama extra grande, la ducha increíble por la presión, temperatura y caudal de agua. Cerca del centro dé gramado.

El gimnasio no cumple su función, pocos elementos y algunos rotos.

I was provided first floor room - The bedroom window opens directly to the public road so we couldn’t open the window. Forget about the view!

Very clean, with large bedroom and bathroom.

Heater stopped working in a very cold night. King size bed was actually two mattresses joined together (but deformed in the middle). Main door wasn't sound proof so we could hear lots of noise coming from the corridor.

Great value for money

Spacious room enought for 2 adults and 2 kids, with microwave mini fridge and sink to help. Staff friendly and clean. Breakfast not the best in gramado. However really good and with loads of varieties.

Sauna was closed, as usual. In gramado they close this facility during low season. Parking has an extra charge what is really bad. Easy to park in the street although

We were pleased with the accommodations.

We liked the pool, also the location and the staff was very friendly.

The music was not good that was being played at the pool and in the hallways. That we would have to pay for parking after paying for our room. More vegan options for breakfast would be good.
