Personale sorridente, gentile e cordiale.

+ Friendly reception staff and staff in general
+ Good location
+ Simple check-in process
+ Reception staff seem to go out their way
Our 2 main concerns were the ants in the room and overall dustiness.
There was dust in various places in the room and we intially didn’t want to challenge it but after getting in late after our tour, we noticed our bed sheets had dust on. Although the 2 evening make receptionist were very polite, we were given the only duvet they had, which had brown marks on and with no cover on.
On our 2nd night, we spotted ants in versions areas of the room. Again, the female receptionist was lovely and even visited our room to see the ants with the cleaner. And although she tasked the cleaner to re-do the sheets (where the ants were mainly), we still had ants all over the room.
On our final day, we spent the whole morning steaming all of our clothing’s and belongings because we didn’t want to bring back any of the ants back to London.
I have taken both photos and videos of the dust and ants (and even showed the videos to the receptionist), so should booking.com need it, I’m happy to send them. I’m only able to upload photos on here.

The location is great, you can walk to Montmartre and nearby metro stations which means you can get everywhere. They very kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases for most of the next day after our stay. Reception staff was friendly.
The room itself was OK - we got a quiet room looking out on the inner courtyard, it’s small one but we expected that with the amount of money we paid.
The bathroom really is tiny, but it was an experience :) we are both tall (my husband is 6ft5) but we managed anyway.
The main downside were the ants which appeared by the morning - that’s was quite unpleasant.

I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. Been scratching over 20 bites for a week.

The location was great just a short walk from the Montmartre and Metro stations and a delicious Patisserie right across the street! The staff was so amazing and friendly especially the evening staff I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

They showed different room on app but room was very very small and breakfast was very ordinary I changed my room with 30€ per night extra but its not worthy
Facilities are low and prices are high they’re just making good money

We truly love the location of the hotel! The room was really nice. Also it was cleaned by the staff every day.
The receptionists were nice and polite. The was elevator for desabled people!

Location was ok
Night staff not that friendly, breakfast was basic
3.5
The staff were VERY nice and helpful, loved them! The location is great, 30 min walk to Monmatre and other sites like the champs elysées. Tons of restaurants around the block that were very good.
The bathroom in the room is tiny and so is the shower but for a few days stay it's definitely manageable.

Staff at the reception were nice and location.
We stayed 3 nights, room was ok small but ok, bathroom very small especially shower and water was unpredictable either too hot or too cold.
Breakfast disappointing couple of pastries (few days old) soo we couldn’t have anything to eat properly and we had to go across the street to get food.
Also room staff kept opening doors without knocking which was very very bad and therefore no privacy.
Staff at the reception were nice however overall experience was not the best and we would never come back.
We left disappointed and starving.

The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The room was a good size for a city hotel. The room was clean! This hotel is good for a tourist trip if you’re just using it to sleep.
The rooms are not sound proofed at all and whilst the bathroom was new, it was not finished to a high standard.

super clean , convennient, good place very near to busses ,metro and train station, near restaurants and store and pharmacy.
i think my breakfast., its a lot of sweet .

Location was fine, very close to Montmartre, not far from the railway stations Gare du Nord and Gare dell'Est. Bars and bistrots in the area.
The state of the hotel is very poor. Miniscule bathroom, small and old rooms, stains on the walls.

Nothing
Water smelled like sewage. Couldn't pay with card

location is great, close to metro.
Very small shower.

Service was fantastic - the receptionists were really nice and helpful - especially the man from Algeria.

Very convenient to Guarre de Nord. Great value for money

The staff in the reception were friendly and tried to help, but they are against the wall in trying to assist with the hotel itself.Myself and other guests had to go and find a bank machine and use cards to get them cash as they could not take card payment. Really disturbing having to use two cards to get hundreds of euro. I had to ask to change my first room as residents across the road could see right into my room and it was half panted and actually dirty.
Room was never cleaned properly and sheets on my bed were not changed in the time I was there. Bathroom smelled of damp and drains. Internet was sparce, and the carpets were so threadbare and ruffled that some one will fall and injure themselves or worse. They could not even find me an iron to press my work clothes for my meetings. The description on your side is a travesty and is misrepresenting the truth. They over charge anyone walking in and I witnessed this twice to gullible tourists passing by. No breakfast available and a lot of other points that i could mention if need be.

Clean
Location is good very close to the Cathedral
Hotel stuff is nice and friendly.
There's no foot towel in the bathroom. A bit too loud
3.5
Location is good because it's walking distance to bus and train station.
Room fulfilled it's purpose, you do have a goodnight sleep, did not experience "neighbor noise".
The bathroom is quite small, so if you are "sitting" might be uncomfortable with your legs so close to the door.
Shower curtain could be of a stronger material instead of cloth, so water doesn't come out of the shower.
3.5
Very good location, great bakery Mamiche nearby and supermarkets and nice restaurants. A very real Parisian neighborhood in a central location.
Some details of the hotel are a bit rough. It's a low budget accomodation functional but not for a quality honeymoon trip
3.5
it's very central, fair in terms of value for money, clean
a bit outdated and the bathroom was quite small
