No me gustó por qué el aire no enfriaba estaba muy viejo el inodoro estaba tapado y se salía el agua sucia a fuera de él

La ubicación del lugar muy asequible

El baño estaba tapado lo reporte y no me hicieron caso y el aire no funcionó la piscina estaba sucia

El hotel deja mucho que desear

Primero no era la habitación la que muestran en la página. Habitación vieja con olor a humedad. No hay limpieza casi. El desayuno no hay elección, todos los días el mismo un sándwich de jamón y queso y huevo revuelto. El horario del desayuno dan muy poco tiempo de 7:30 a 9:00 horas y media y ni eso porque las personas que trabajan en la cocina hacen también limpieza en el hotel y casi no hay tiempo para desayunar lo poco que dan. Y el personal de la recepción muy incompetente. Fundando en la recepción delante los clientes.

QUIERO QUE ME DEVUELVAN MI DINERO

Horrible

Había un mal olor muy fuerte a cigarrillo y aunque le comentamos a la recepciónista lo sucedido ella nos llevó un “ambientador” el cual no hizo absolutamente nada. Es nuestra segunda vez allí, la primera vez dejamos pasar todo pero esta vez ya no podemos quedarnos callada si hasta de la piscina te sacan a las 7 de la noche buscando propinas porque un supuesto vecino del hotel le molesta cuando nisiquiera había ningúna música puesta, solo personas compartiendo y hasta niños jugando. El aire acondicionado tampoco servía y solo había un papel de baño. Es un hotel muy caro para esa calidad a lo cual se aprovechan porque está céntrico pero es horrible.

The room smells like sewage the hallway smells like cigarettes no housekeeping provided same breakfast every day which ridiculous they give you eggs and toast every day the window was broken couldn't close there was a whole in the bathroom ceiling no hangers no ice no water NO WIFI IN THE WHOLE HOTEL FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL the owners needs to put some serious work into the property

The location and the staff was very helpful but need someone in staff that speak English. .On my next trip I will choose the hotel again bc of the room. Was surprised to fine a jacuzzi in the room at that price..

The breakfast was the same everyday no choice but on line they show u that some fruits was also part of the breakfast.

It is a good value for the money. It is a very low price so you can’t expect the Hilton

The bathroom was not super clean and the toilet hardly flushed. The shower head was broken so water squirted out at odd angles

If it's on sale, it's okay for a night

The price was right and the room was big. There is A/C and a pool. There is free water in the lobby. The area didn't feel very safe to walk at night but there was some tasty food nearby.

It looked like the paint was peeling off the roof. The breakfast wasn't very tasty by any standards. There was a jacuzzi in the room which looked great but there wasn't any plug to keep the water in it. I imagine the jacuzzi water is what did the damage to the roof.

The bedroom was big and the beds were comfortable. The quality of the place explains the cheap price.

There was no hot water any of the days during my stay, even after complaining to the staff. The staff was very passive aggressive. The bedrooms and toilets were poorly cleaned, plus there's no cleaning service during the stay. The breakfast is a joke: only coffee, bread and eggs.
