Erholsam - ruhig - erstklassiger Service - tolles Frühstück

Für uns ein absoluter Geheimtipp....tolle, ruhige Lage oberhalb des Sees aber dennoch schnell und zentral erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist erstklassig, selbst gemachte Kuchen und süße Teilchen, erstklassiger Kaffee und charmanter Service – besser geht es nicht. Der Poolbereich ist top gemacht, auch wenn das Wasser eine Heizung vertragen würde 😂😉 Das Besondere ist einfach das familiäre Flair, der einzigartige Service (an dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank für die kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung - hat mich sehr gefreut) und natürlich auch der großartige Ausblick auf den See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Ausblick auf den See, perfekter service

Abends gab es nur einen Menüvorschlag, für uns wäre auch eine Alternative schön gewesen ( vier Gänge ist uns zu viel Die Lage in den Bergen zwingt immer mit dem Auto zu fahren, der Ort San Zeno gibt halt nicht viel her. Offene Terrasse um abends noch zu sitzen

Fijne familie en super vriendelijk personeel! Met vragen helpen ze je meteen. Ontbijt en Diner Geweldig! Fijne ruimte om ontspannen met een heerlijk drankje. Mooi zwembad. Alles TOP! AANRADER!!!

A lovely friendly and traditional family run hotel.

Comfy beds, a beautiful view, delicious breakfast and a gorgeous pool. The owners and staff went out of their way to help, and even upgraded our room for no extra fee. We couldn’t make breakfast on our last morning due to early checkout, and they made a packed lunch for us instead. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The lounge area could do with an update. Amazing view though!

Good location and comfort for relax

Impressive view. The room was practical: we had enough space for our stuff, minibar, good air conditionair, terrace, the room could have been fully black-out that wee highly appreciated. It was very clean. Breakfast very delicious, but could be monotone for a whole week.

Cleaning staff was quite noisy from morning till afternoon.

Fantastic views. Very kind and helpful staff. Large clean silent rooms. We had a perfect stay, we slept so well. Lake views are a must! The breakfast buffet is excellent. The a la carte restaurant is to be booked in advance, it was excellent.

Very relaxing

Beautiful views of the lake and Dolomites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great pool.

As you would expect of a small village, the public transport was limited. The hotel were very good at arranging taxis however.

A very fine hotel at Lake Garda

The owners, Mr. And Mrs. Fonetti, are wonderful hosts and make you feel very comfortable. The room was first class, the staff very attentive and the hotel has a gorgeous pool on the property.

There is really nothing to dislike staying at this place!

Exceptional

Hotel Diana is a lovely hotel with panoramic views of Lake Garda. The swimming pool is very nice. It is a very good location for touring Lake Garda. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Beautiful mountain & lake view

Amazing view to the lake and mountains! Staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious also with very beautiful view! whole territory of the hotel is covered with flowers and trees. Swimming pool, table tennis & even adorable bunnies :) Room was clean and had a balcony with table and chairs.

Room next door had a toilet leakage I guess, staff tried to wind it out by opening doors and windows, so the whole corridor stank and some of the odors were occasionally blown in with a wind into the room. Maybe not the best choice to leave that room doors open for the rest of the hotel to join the experience. :P

Great resort, extraordinary service

The service at hotel Diana is extraordinary good. Compliments for the nice owners and their entire staff! We enjoyed breakfast every morning and good service was provided by the whole staff. Clean rooms, good food, nice relaxing pool and the view is stunning. Also San Zeno di Montagna is a nice little town within walking distance and has some good restaurants.

Good value for money, but not a 4-star

The room was very clean, working quiet AC, nice pool

In my opinion this hotel is not a 4-star one. It's quite old, the rooms are not renovated, the shower cabin is way too small. Breakfast - fresh fruits available, but the bread was from at least a day before; a two-hour window is too small.

Lovely Hotel and stuff...

I was staying with my daugther (for a long WE)...the location is really nice,lovely view and quiet place. The staff is really gentle and orgnise ,lookinf forward to return there.

Nice hotel near Garda Lake.

A good hotel near the Garda Lake. Parking was very easy and the Swimming Pool was very nice and clean. Personnel was very friendly and helpfull. The view over Garda lake was spectaculair.

The food was a bit bland. Unfortunately it was a bit harder to get to Garda Lake then innitially expected. There isn't much to do in the town itself. It would be nice to be able to get some fruit or something similar during the day.
