Horrible don’t suggest it

Loud music plays on speakers from next door property at least 10 hours a day. No peace of mind or quiet. I wanted to do a I wanted to do an online training today and the stuff came knocking on my door every five minutes with one excuse or another. And the loud music prevented me from doing any Meditation or online training all from reading my book. Rohit from reservations team is very arrogant. Bad experience.

They have a playground right outside the hotel in which the events happening every night and very loud music is bleeding on the speakers, which takes your peace completely away. They playing Bollywood music on the speakers very lovely throughout my steel three nights. There was absolutely no peace or quiet to be found. . There was a massive cockroach in my bathroom today. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I feel cheated.

The location is absolutely surreal. The staff is committed to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food needs a special mention, absolutely customised to your taste and demand.

It’s amazing to be at Seclude. Just the like “Cliff’s Edge it’s literally at the edge of heaven and they serve amazing C

The biggest highlight is the location. It just soaks you in real quick with its majestic views and calmness.

Small cognitive issues like the electric mattress went off midnight especially in a weather that’s going below 4°. Had no choice but to wait until next morning for that to be fixed as they close their operations after 9:30pm and start functioning next day around breakfast time. It was fixed though!! and we had the most amazing stay for rest of our time at the property.

Staff and Food Was Nice

No sign Boards to reach the Property after Parking. (Caution Don’t reach the destination after Sunset) Thanks to near by Locals.They helped me out Room Walls(Spider webs) aren’t clean. Doors have Gaps and had an unexpected guest(Centipede) on the carpet which was creepy Pictures don’t match the actual state of the room

The location is breathtaking! The food at the location is also good.

Our room had too much natural light because the windows on the top couldn't be covered. You will end up waking at 6am because of the light and can't sleep during day time because of excessive natural light in the room.

Cleanliness,the peace surrounding the property, the view from our room Vasant. The fact that the booking executive Rohit, after my non satisfactory conversation with Akriti from his team, understood my issue and connected me to the manager directly and provided me a free upgrade to Vasant room for my anniversary.. it was amazing. !!

So I celebrated my anniversary and got decoration done. Decoration was great. Location was great. Food particularly snacks were very average. Chilli potatoes were burnt and just not good. Bfast which was included in the package.. was good.. but they need to add more options.
