Fantastic Hotel highly recommend

Had an absolute wonderful experience in the hotel. I would highly recommend to all my friends it's definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in the bed were extremely comfortable the food was very fresh and the owners of the Hotel art amazing

That I'll stay also short and we wish we could have stayed longer

What a terrific place to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary - Freeman on Ford & Beechworth

Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Jim & Heidi. We received a thoughtful card & chocolates on arrival - it was our anniversary. Our room was spotless, homely, everything we wanted for a weekend away. We'll certainly be back & we will recommend our friends enjoy Jim & Heidi's hospitality. Thank you

Perfect location, walking distance to everything with a lovely, comfortable room and exceptional hosts.

Excellent, central location. Beautiful, well equipped room with everything from big fluffy pillows to the travel essentials in the bathroom. Big comfy bed, amazing cooked breakfast with excellent coffee and lovely hosts that were only too happy to help with ideas of what to do around the town.

Amazing B&B in the heart of town

We were greeted by Heidi who showed us around her amazing property. Our room had plenty of room with a kink bed.

History, location and grand furniture together provide 5 star perfection.

Freeman on Ford was walking distance to all of the main tourist areas in Beechworth and we rarely used our car.The attention to personalised service was excellent such as breakfast and dining options. If it had been hot the outdoor pool area was very inviting. The bed was exceptional with beautiful linen making sleeping a joy.

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic accommodation! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Freeman. Jim and Heidi were very welcoming and friendly, facilities were beautiful and well kept and breakfast was delicious! Location is ideal, can walk to shops, restaurants and pubs.

Exceptional

Heidi and Jim are exceptionally welcoming and generous hosts, they made us feel very much at home. The house is bang in the centre of Beechworth with all the shops and restaurants a very short walk away. Our room looking over the pool was large, with a luxurious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were excellent, and the little touches like chocolate and port available in the evening by a roaring fire was delightful.

The property is amazing. beautifully decorated Heidi and Jim are the perfect hosts. you felt like you were visiting a family meme er and not a bed and breakfast. will definitely be retiring.

A great place to stay

Heidi is a great host. She takes pains to look after her guests. As a mid 60's age, enjoying a late afternoon tea with the sun coming into the sun room was a very relaxing and pleasant way to zone out for a few moments, just enjoying the winter sun without any distractions.

Nothing not to like. It would be poor of me to nit pick and find fault; as we had the whole place to ourselves for most of our stay and our room was serviced while we were eating or away from the hotel. Heidi took pains to minimise any disruptions to our use of her facilities and we are old enough to truely appreciate this kind of attention to detail.
