Super geeignet für einen Trip auf La Maddalena

Der Check-In lief unkompliziert via Vorab-Anleitung über WhatsApp. In der Wohnung angekommen hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten - und das auf überaus viel Platz. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse, auf der sogar zwei Liegestühle zum Entspannen standen. Zum Frühstück gab es sowohl Herzhaftes (1x Wurst, 1x Käse) mit der Möglichkeit, Rührei, Omelette oder Spiegelei zu ordern, als auch Süßes mit Kuchen & Croissant - alles bestens! Die Unterkunft liegt zudem super zentral und in wenigen Minuten lassen sich viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichen.

Einzig die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, obwohl Sie auf je einer Etage liegen. Achtung: Um zur Dachterrasse zu gelangen, muss man sich eine enge (!!!) Treppe hochquälen - nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst. Ein Hinweis noch: Beim Verlassen der Unterkunft muss man aufgrund der engen Gasse, in dem das Haus sich befindet, enorm aufpassen und sollte lieber einmal mehr inne halten. ;-)

Exceptional

Location was perfect central. Close restaurants, harbour, everything. Rooms were quite big with huge bathroom. Tasty breakfast with sweet and savory options. I definitelly recommend this place.

Perfect place for a short stay in Maddalena Island

The property has an excellent location, close to the port, shops and restaurants. The room is spacious and has a kitchenette. The continental breakfast is good and included in the price . The hotel offers taxi boat to the Island of Spargi or 1 dinghy rental or 1 scooter. The price is affordable and I would definitely come back.

There was no coffee or tea in the room.

Amazing La Maddalena

The apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Good aircon in both rooms. The lady at the recetption/breakfast room was very nice and friendly, although there was a bit of a language barrier, but we managed just fine using google translate :) For us the best thing was the included boat rental. We had an amazing day boating to Spargi island. What a great service!

Noise from the street, cars and motorcycles accelerating right under your window. the nearby music bar kept partying until 1 am. The narrow street by the entrance is quite challenging, especially with luggage.

Perfect apartment

The apartment was perfect, lots of space and separate rooms for us all to fit in. there was a large bathroom and a kitchen area with a table. it was extremely central, in the centre of town and close to the port and bus stop. the staff were so helpful and welcoming, the breakfast every morning was great and the boat trip to Spargi was perfect.

if you’re looking for a quiet area this isn’t it but we didn’t mind.

Perfect location, good value for money, not that great at customer service

The location is excellent close to the port. The Apartament at the second floor really large and very clean. The bathroom very large also and the bed comfortable. Wi-fi worked excellent as well. we also had two bottle of waters on the fridge. breakfast not to much but what they have is excellent.

Very transactional from the staff. Short message on what's up with check in instructions, in rest nothing. No welcome, no information about what or where to go or eat. In the reservation is mentioned something related to a taxi boat, but no details provided. In the morning I could see they are organising tours, but no details offered even if I tried to figure out the offer. For us not a problem, please keep in mind that the stairs to apartment could be a problem if you have lots of baggage.

Central location apartment, lovely breakfast lady.

Central location, 2 steps to everywhere Quiet apartment. Breakfast was simple but good. The breakfast lady was super lovely.

We were given the 3rd floor apartment, some steps up but fine just the toilet seat location, not comfortable, feet half hanging out while sitting. Got the feeling the bedsheets didn't smell fresh. Needed to be very careful when leaving the main door entrance as right on the narrow street, was almost hit by a bike.

Please do not lie your customers about having a free parking, whenyou do not have one.

The establishmen did not have a parking spot., even though it was listed as having one. Parking in the city center there was a nightmare, since we arrived late in the evening on the first day.

Really really great!

I arrived very late and was really happy that self check-in was flawless and really easy to do. Found a very beautifully decorated room waiting for me. I got some help with something I needed from the staff which was greatly appreciated. Had a good night’s sleep. The location is absolutely marvellous, just by a beautiful church in the historical part of town. The breakfast was superb and I would recommend this place for your stay in the beautiful town of La Maddalena.

fantastic location the best next to the main church great staff , super friendly nice breakfast we had third floor which had a ladder to the roof the free scooter for a day was fantastic great value perfect highly recommend

Great apartment with all you need, lokated in a beautiful garden near the sea.

We booked at Casa Ilva, but for some reason the owner change our booking to Villa del Parco. We were skeptical at first, because Villa del Parco was outside the town, but we had nothing to «fear». The holiday became superb⭐️☀️

it was a constantly dripping from the balcony above us. It was maybe from a aircondition. It made a annoying noise.

The best spot in La Maddalena

We loved our stay at Casa Ilva. The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious and better than we expected. Not to mention the free scooter hire and boat taxi Isola Spargi. I could not recommended this place anymore.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location was very convenient to visit the village of La Maddalena. Quiet neighbourhood. The place had a nice, familial feeling, with friendly staff. We received good recommendation on places to visit around the island. That helped us find many beautiful beaches.

Slight smell of sewers in the toilet on arrival, but that went away quickly.

Great location in the center, everything is on walking distance. The bed is super comfortable and good WiFi and airco. Nice breakfast, very spacious and comfortable apartment. If I would come to Maddalena again, I would definitely stay here.

Staff is friendly, but doesn't really speak English. With Google translate we managed to communicate so not an issue. There is a kitchen, but no basic equipment. For example, no soap or brush to do dishes, no towels to dry dishes, no pepper/salt/oil or anything so you really need to bring/buy that if you are planning to use the kitchen.
