Great facilities and great location.

The owner Veronica was incredible with her assistance pre-arrival and the facilities were very modern and comfortable. The staff at the cafe downstairs where breakfast was were super sweet as well.

If you don’t like music at night then maybe bring ear plugs but I enjoyed the beats from the cafe/wine bar downstairs.

Pleasant

It was very clean.

It was super noisy because the bar remains open from 6 am till 2 am. You have to share the fridge with others. The breakfast includes only coffee and sweets, other than that you have to pay extra.

A Relaxing Place to Stay, short journey to Cagliari for Historical sights etc

it was a short walk to the beautiful beach passing the Flamingos on the way and the property was above the Bar where Breakfast was taken.

I would definitely book again. I had an amazing time. 😄

The property is clean and in a perfect location to the beach literally 10 mins walk. The staff are so lovely at the wine bar. I will definitely book again.

All I wanted to say that the wine bar is downstairs. The music plays till late. It did not bother me but just for you to be aware.

you have to realise that its above the a bar in Quatro. so is loud until 2 but then after that totally quiet.

great stay would definitely recommend

I loved the easy access using my phone. I loved that it was on top of a wine bar we could have breakfast at everyday facilities were great and we had our own bathroom

that we couldn’t use the kitchen for cooking

Bar staff + Veronica were lovely, facilities clean and of high standard, noise from bar not too bad

Location was great as our son was doing summer camp on the nearby beach.

We didn't use the common area as it seemed awkward to do so, too many signs saying what you can't do rather than welcoming you to relax.

Very nice place, comfortable, close to the beach, friendly atmosphere

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and location nicely close to the beach. Nice airco, nice bathroom, balcony also.

The area, especially next to the road towards the beschikbaar, smells very bad, but that's not at all the fault of the b&b. The village is not very interesting and there is quite a lot of traffic.

Superb

Friendly, polite and awesome stuff in bar, good breakfast and coffee, comfortable room with private bathroom and balcony. Very good location, near to poetto beach. Veronica is very nice.

All I can say about this place is good and I absolutely recommend it to anyone that is staying in this area. When we return we will definitely go here and recommend this to all our friends!

Sleep deprived

Simple, clean and close to the beach.

It was horrendously noisy what with it being above a bar and on a main road. The noise ruined an otherwise very lovely trip as the music from the bar often meant I could only sleep once the place closed at 2 in the morning. Also, it wasn’t entirely clear who to go to if there were any issues, for example to get the WiFi code (which should have been written for all to see in the common area) or when the hot water stopped working (which it did frequently). Breakfast was a bit paltry so prospective guests shouldn’t get too excited about that either.

Great place to stay

Super awesome and friendly staff Quality of breakfast (two croissants instead of one would have been nice, we did not ask for a second one though) Atmosphere of the bar ( a lot of young people during evenings)

The pillows were not comfortable, the head position was way too high. Noisy if you sleep with open window. It was not super obvious to find the WiFi password. TV in the room would have been nice.
